When I have concerns or they have with mom. The staff contacts me . Communication is essential with staff and family member as custodial to their mom or dad. I appreciate the immediate calls when necessary.
It took a while to get use to assisted living. It is different that independent living, but the staff have worked to make it pleasant. The activities department here has been what I have enjoyed the most.
