In home help was provided. I only had 1 and she was a middle aged loving Mom type that needed some extra money.

This service was very helpful in allowing breaks to family caregivers. The schedule people are very thorough and flexible. The initial caregiver didn't work out but an excellent replacement was quickly found.

My [name removed] was afraid and alone, and when her Caregiver came, she felt safe and cared for. it turned out to be the end of her life. But without you you it would not have been a comfortable end. The best experience I could expect ever. Everything was excellent including everything. Home instead was a comfort at a time of difficulty. Everything was up front and very, honest. We trusted them with our loved one and they came through.

It started off rocky because of no-shows. However, once we got a dedicated person named [name removed] we had the best care possible. She starts her shift cleaning, cooking and she settles down with my mom to watch her favorite shows and movies. Yes, I would recommend them because they worked with me to get the best fit possible.

Overall I give this service a solid 5. Reliability and friendliness are excellent.

Home care friend was wonderful with all the care they provided very good at communication. And would use them again.

I hire them to provide a companion for my husband who has dementia. It gives me two to four hours of free time each week. I try to schedule the same day and timeframe which makes it easier for me to schedule my time for lunches with friends, massages, hair or just solitude at home. I love his companion and she and the owner are like family. They have been flexible to the point where I need a surgical procedure but can't get the time until the day before. The response I received was "We've got you!". My husband adores his time with his buddy. I interviewed the owner over the phone and we aligned 100 percent on everything. The meeting in our home was wonderful. We laughed for two hours. They are very careful to engage my husband always and make sure he is comfortable, safe and nourished if need be. Any texts, calls or emails are responded to immediately. The quality of care is stellar. The value for the cost is out of this world. I contacted a number of "like" services, and none compared. Cost wise, Silver Steps is the least expensive with the least amount of demands. Several others had four hour minimums, and cost a bit more. They felt like businesses looking out for their interest first. From the get go, Silver Steps made it clear, it is what needs to work for us.

Since day one I felt at ease with the two ladies from your company. I could relay on their being here whenever they have to. They were very friendly, their care for my well being was impeccable. I can without a doubt refer your company to family and friends.

I give 5 excellent in all categories. They are wonderful to work with.. Yes, I would recommend Amada Senior Care of Tampa Bay, FL services to other families based on the experience so far.

There were a few communication issues, but the Intake and the Caregivers themselves were Great! I would recommend to others

First light is amazing. Well vetted. Many with medical backgrounds. And FirstLight trains them in my home with my equipment. Definitely would recommend them.

My mom has paired down to her two favorite caregivers. They are attentive and knowledgeable, and my mom is very comfortable with them in their care.

We basically just used the companion program. My wife liked them

[name removed] comes for the first evaluation, she met us all and made a decision as to who might work best. Our gal is perfect. If there an issue of scheduling or timing it's easy to get ahold of someone to fix it. Amazing company.

This home care company provided the best service to our family during our time of need. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It brought peace and comfort to our family. I will definitely recommend to others.

Value 5 but high. [name removed] was her caregiver and she was excellent. They were very helpful and then they made sure to choose the right person for my mom, but unfortunately things didn't work out. She ended up going to assisted living.
