I spent the last 6 months in dire need of a home health assistant. To no avail. Loving Care came to the rescue and immediately provided their services with kindness as well as professional efficiency

My mother fell in love with her two main caregivers. I'm not sure how we would have managed without their care and support over the last couple months. [name removed][name removed], the director of of the Winston-Salem office, was incredibly responsive, helpful, encouraging, and conscientious. Definitely recommend.

We had tried contacting several agencies within the Centralia Chehlias area. Cedars called us back the same day. They actually had caregivers available. They came out, did an assesment, developed a care plan, and helped us prepare a claim for our the Long Term Care Insurance policy, Our Caregiver [name removed] started 3 days after that, She has never missed a day, always on time and is experienced in all aspects of care for us. Cedars Homecare has taken a bg burden off us.

We were bringing our mother home from a Rehablitiation center, They were the only agency in town that returned our calls promptly and had available caregivers on such short notice. We were a little nervous at the start, because we had never used homecare services before and had heard of many different experiences that friends had with some of the different agencies. We were amazed with the experience and knowledge of Cedars Homecares' caregivers. Their caregives show up on time and went above and beyond with assitance for Mom and she has recovered quickly due to their help. In the future we will certainly use Cedars Homecare first before anyone else.

The company is great my caregiver [name removed] is the best she makes me breakfast every day and makes sure that I have everything I need before she leaves she washes my clothes and clean my house she’s like family to me don’t know what I would do without her

They answered every call, text, or email within minutes, day or night. Our needs changed sometimes by the hour and Cristina provided us with over the top white glove service. It felt like we were there only concern. Because of our changing needs we had several caregivers and they were all kind and did there best to help us out.

I am very grateful for the service I have received from Home Instead Northampton. They are always very attentive to my needs and all the caregivers are great company! They care a lot about their clients and are very reliable. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have been fantastic since day one and I am glad I can be cared for by such trustworthy people. Thank you, Home Instead!

Was very pleased with the service I received and would use them again if the need arose. The New Life staff showed up and talked to me about my issues and concerns. They created a plan suited to my needs which consisted of light housekeeping for about a month while I recovered from back surgery. Great staff and the individual who came to the house was punctual, courteous and did a good job. Could ask nothing else of them.

For the short time we utilized their services, Integrity Homecare was excellent. They were open to requests and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend Integrity Homecare Services to others.

My siblings and I discovered the Home Health Services available and signed up with Interim Healthcare of Central Montana in Helena. It has been such a relief as I live in Texas and can't be there to help with my parents' care. My Dad loves having the caregivers visit him and they even set him up with a Physical Therapist that would come to the home. My sisters and I have all seen great improvements in his outlook on life. He seems happier, more confident and stronger since he is actually doing his exercises now. You can't put a price on peace of mind!

Get to know each caregiver personally. Ethics and empathy, there was one that i rejected, not synergy's fault but my observation that she didn't fit the circumstances at hand. The caregiver that i and synergy depended on was a girl named [name removed]. She really cared and still does. Two days ago was [name removed] birthday and she sent me a text wishing him a heavenly birthday.

Organic Care is a beautiful 4 bed 1.5 bath home. Is it always kept clean and smelling good. Residents are very well taken care of. Residents have outings everyday except Saturdays. Meals are served 3x’s a day with snacks giving in between those times. Residents get money every Friday for personal shopping. House is fully staffed with well trained staff.

Endeavor has been very helpful to us. They go visit my mom’s 6 days a week and take her grocery shopping on one of those days. It has been very helpful to our family knowing someone checks on her daily and gives us peace of mind. [name removed] (one of the caregivers)has been very sweet and helpful and stays in contact via text if there are any questions or concerns.

Had to arrange emergency 24 hour coverage and Home Matters was able to provide coverage on extremely short notice. Caregivers are knowledgeable with some more willing to jump in to promote assistance than others, but all qualified to provide required assistance. Their care is expensive but reliable which is a big complaint I hear about other agencies. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing quality care.
