We found this agency in the resource Book for seniors. I called 6 companies total and the reason I went with Options is the initial interaction with the manger [Name removed] as well as the professionalism and the responsiveness of their staff. For this I give them a rating of 5.

We’ve been very pleased with A Homemade Plan. From day one, they’ve been responsive, extremely flexible, and always available for questions or to provide options when our situation changed on an hourly basis (which it did, several times). When we notified them that a particular caregiver wasn’t a good fit with our family member, they immediately replaced her with someone who was a better match. We now have a full-time live-in caregiver through A Homemade Plan, and are very pleased with the care our loved ones are receiving.

The owner, the first individual that assessed my mother, the nurse and each of the caregivers was professional, timely and genuinely concerned for the welfare of my mother.

I wanted to thank the owners at CareBridge for taking such great care of my mother, I don't usually post things but I thought other should know about their services. First, their costs were extremely fair and they took the time to explain their process of placing aides with families. The aide who took care of mom was so caring and just a lovely person. It's such a hard job and living away from her family to stay with ours is such a commitment. The nurses from CareBridge were very attentive. Any questions we had were immediately answered and the office staff was super friendly and easy to deal with. Just wanted to thank [name removed] for her hard work in such difficult times for us. I have had 3 care providers from this this company and they were all very dependable and compassionate. The overall quality of their services has been very good.

Ezra has partnered with me in the at-home care of my very elderly parent for the past 8 months. From the first contact through the present, I have felt seriously listened to and cared for in regards to the needs of my parent. Ezra's management staff is exceptionally responsive, thoughtful, client-focused, and creative in problem-solving. The caregivers are well-trained, professional, and compassionate. Their 24/7 on-call staff are invaluable especially when there's an emergency. I would most highly recommend Ezra Home Care to any family considering either hourly or live-in home care.

I saw Options for Senior America ad in the Catholic Herald newspaper. We called a few agencies but [name removed], the manager of Options, was very personable. The care providers are awesome and specifically [name removed] is amazing! So far, great overall experience!

It was late October, I had received an urgent phone call from my brother. I had known that my mother had just scheduled knee surgery. My brother continued to tell me more – my father was incapable of getting out of bed, due to tremendous back pain. Nobody else was there at home to care for my parents. They were effectively trapped in their home, unable to perform basic services for themselves. It was then that someone referred me to Ezra Home Care. When I spoke to my contact, [name removed], she was in the middle of an important convention, but that did not stop her sincere desire to help! While others would have said that they would call back later, [name removed] listened to me describe how serious the situation was in the middle of the convention, and right away, she arranged for someone to arrive at my parents’ house and offer assistance, immediately! Someone was with my parents, day and night, to help them take care of themselves, and to be there in case a more serious emergency were to occur. As great as the actual care was, what was equally terrific was [name removed]’s support, insisting that they would be available anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Both Care providers that were sent to my mother were very caring and did an excellent job. The management of this company was also very responsive to our needs.

Ezra Home Care helped me when I was having surgery. I was particularly frightened about recovering at home, alone, because I was afraid that I might fall/faint. The caregiver, [name removed], was amazing. She was professional, on time, compassionate, and stayed awake with me all night to ensure that I didn't fall when going to the bathroom or when taking a shower. I was impressed by the responsiveness of the office staff and overwhelmed by the level of attention provided after my surgery to ensure that I was doing well, and that the caregiver had everything she needed to help me stay safe. All in all, an excellent experience.

I am happy to with recommend Endeavor Senior In-Home Care of Mesa AZ. They are professionals and are a true FULL service company with reasonable prices. The staff is very caring and always available to family and clients. They are much more than just a GREAT at Home Care company. They can help with assisted living searches and provide education for family. They also provide coordinating and helping with moving loved ones. Even after Mom moved from her home, the loving staff, on their own time, continue to check in with her at her new assisted living location. They have given me and my family peace of mind since we live 1700 miles away. Thank you everyone at Endeavor!

From my experience with Two Caring Hands, I that they really care about their clients. The owners are well involved in the treatment of their clients. Staff is respectful and catering to my loved one needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking care. I really like the way I can contact the owners whenever I have a question. My wife absolutely loves her staff.
