American House

We were looking for a happy warm loving place for my dad and came upon American House in Bloomfield. We toured with [name removed] who is amazing, caring and knowledgeable about senior living. We encountered a few residents while on the tour who were very complimentary of American House Bloomfield Village. We were so impressed and signed up for a room the next day. We are excited to have our 83 year old dad embark on his new adventure. We are truly fortunate to have found AHBV and think this is the perfect fit for our dad and our family.

What our family likes the most about the American house Brentwood community are the staff members they have working there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may be looking for a place for their loved ones.

All I can really say. Is that it was a really hard transition for my dad to commit to and the staff in Spring Lake went above and beyond to make the experience very easy answering all of our questions and making my dad feel at home. I would absolutely recommend American House Spring Lake to others looking for their loved ones.

The staff members at American House Lebanon are super positive and very friendly. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

I personally would place my loved ones here. I have been in the health care industry for many years and this place is the best place. Cleanliness, staff care about the care and health for the residents and their families that live and visit.

My mother has Alzheimers and required more care than I could provide by myself. I was referred to American House in the Tri Cities area of Johnson City TN. by a representative from, A Place For Mom. From the beginning the staff at American House have been sympathetic and helpful at every level. In Mom's case there were limits to what she could afford for her care. The advisor worked with me not only to achieve an affordable solution to Mom's needs but left a little wiggle room for certain increases in the future. This in no way affected the quality of care mom has received during her stay. I am very happy with the interaction I get from those who attend to her every day. I get updates when I arrive for a visit and by phone if necessary. As expected, my mother's condition now requires a greater level of care and thus her costs have increased as well. Thankfully a solution was offered and I can breath easier now knowing Mom can continue at American House. I am most pleased.

We have found the American House Holland community to be very helpful and supportive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a welcoming home for their loved ones.

I am 5 all the way on this place. So, so much happier here than I was in senior living in PA. Staff is great and facility is super. Tons more for tons less than our last experience. We are happy to be here for a long, long time!

My loved one is currently a resident at Anthology of Wildwood and our experience at this facility has been great so far. The staff are very caring and attentive to the needs of the residents and their families. They made the move and transition very easy for everyone. We are very pleased with this facility and their staff. We toured 4 different facilities during our search for a community, but Wildwood stood out above the rest. It was a perfect fit for our needs and they truly demonstrated their 'calling' to care for Seniors. I would highly recommend Anthology of Wildwood to others!

The staff was very helpful and made our decision about moving in very easy. They were also super helpful during the entire move-in process. We are pleased. The only drawback was that there are only two meals a day with the large meal being lunch. But now that my mom has moved in, we find that even this is acceptable. She is very happy.

The people that are there are great, but I do think the meals that are prepared re not as good as they can be and how they were when we first started. But thus limited based on feedback of the residents.....so it could be based on his mood.

I had my grandmother at this facility. I would not have chosen anywhere else to place her for the last month of her life. The nurses, Managers, and care staff ensured she was well taken care of. I am grateful for the time they spent and loved her during her time there.

My dad is extremely happy with American House! We could not be happier with the facility and staff! In fact, [name removed] pointed out to us last week that my dad not only seems happier, he looks healthier than when he arrived.

Our family had an in person tour experience with American house and it was great especially with [name removed]. She stayed in contact with me. Our choice was difficult but we chose the place closer to our home. [name removed] was great and showed me all areas of the facility

The way everyone treated us. They came across as caring and dedicated to their residents. They even make the families feel special. Now that we've been with them for a few weeks we also have a partnership in caring for my mom. It's not been perfect but we've worked thru any issues we've had on both sides.

My dad likes to play cards, and has yet to find a group for that. But everything else is top notch, and beats all other facilities I've looked at.Positively wonderful. I highly recommend. I picked this community for several reasons; location, only place with private washer/dryer. Most other places had shared laundry facilities. And the meal options were most extensive. Choose meals from a menu, and it's served to you like in a restaurant. And the quality is top notch. You can choose steak, fish, chicken or pasta any day of the week, and you can order breakfast any time of the day. You can even have your meals delivered. No other facility gives so many options.

I would say I am very happy with all the services at American House, especially the Medical Team. They have also done a great job of keeping me informed about any concerns. It is not listed as Assisted Living, but it does provide these services.

The front desk and CNA's in Memory Care are friendly and caring. The CNA's are good communicators with the residents as well as the families. ED, nursing and CNA staff are all good communicators so far. There are new directors of Nursing and Memory Care, so not a long history yet but they seem nice and competent. The housekeeping is generally good. They could pay more attention to the supplies that they provide like filling soap dispensers and trash can liners, but those are minor issues. The move in was pretty easy. It's a good long push from the garage to the elevator. Their team helped hang pictures and a wall mounted TV. The meals are good. Fresh Ingredients and made in the kitchen. Service is good, with nice table settings, cloth napkins and lots of beverages offered to residents. It's a beautiful property, but what really matters is the care and food. So far, they have not disappointed I would recommend American House Oak Park to others.
