Anthem Memory Care

Everything is working out very well for my mother since her move to this community. I am pleased with her move here. I know she is safe and in a good place. It is a good community, and they do a good job with keeping the facility nice and tidy. It is a community I would recommend. It has worked out well for us, and my mother is well.

My loved one and I have no complaints about our tour at this community. The staff was knowledgeable and gave my mom and I a lot of useful information during our visit. The community was kept clean and was well maintained with lots of great amenities.

Morningside Place has been providing great care for my husband. His meals have great portions to them and also the presentation is good. The staff is very caring and helpful. One thing i wish could change is if the staff can please make sure that before my loved ones medicine runs out to notify me. He has been without medicine at times because i am not notified with time that he ran out of it. Everything else is great and the community is highly recommended.

The caregivers at this community are great. They have helped with her special diet and really seem to care about the residents. I have good communication with them, however I do have to go through the nurse if I need anything changed. They just hired a new activities director and I have not seen as many activities as before. This is a clean well taken care of community.

Brand new, 16-18 months old as of Aug 2016. Felt "sterile" to me, like a hospital, but people seem to be treated well. Lots of activities. "Reasonable" pricing.

So far everything is working out pretty well. I really enjoy the fact my father is able to get his physical therapy right here at the community. The community looks great, they do a good job with the cleaning. The staff is good, but they are under staffed at times. Also they use temp. care givers that aren't very trained and knowledgeable. I would like to see them get a good permanent staff. He is trying many of the activities they offer. The food is good, he enjoys the meals. I know he is safe and I would recommend this facility.

This is a brand new facility and they are really trying their best to work with us. The community is very nice and clean. We are still working on some things with the staff. The owner is really trying her best to fix all the issues. It is a new community it is expected. There many activities offered, and the staff is very encouraging to my mother. My mother is still adjusting. The is great, they have a chef. They are patient with her, and very willing to work with us. I would recommend it.

I have been very happy with the care my mother has received at Willowbrook. The staff is competent and appears to enjoy caring for the residents. My mother has had the same caretakers for most of her time here which is important with Alzheimer's patients.

We are still new to this chapter but so far things are going well overall. Everyone at Chelsea Place is compassionate and conscientious. I feel we are safe and in good hands. Thank you.

The receptionist, Donna, was very friendly and helpful each and every time we came to visit one of the residents. We will miss her smiley face.

In January I observed the Activities Director, Cody, leading about 40 residents along with 10 high school students participating. They were all having a great time. Cody does a great job interacting with the residents.

This community is nice compared to where my aunt was at before she seems to be adjusting well. Things are going so far well we have only had a issue with the fact the she has fallen a few times and we expressed our concerns with the staff and they are taking care of things. She is more interactive here and there are more people here for her to talk to and interact with. It is a nice looking place and well kept. She goes down and plays bingo ever now and then so that is really nice for her. It has been a good experience so far and we have had no huge problems here.

Very clean and friendly food is excellent but not many activities to keep residents occupied.

My Dad is here on respite care. The facility is new, staff very friendly and helpful to my father. He loves the food and all the activities. The head nurse Stacey is amazing with my Dad as well as the front desk and the activity coordinator. I did find some communication mishaps with directions I typed up and medication issues. Also, it was mentioned my Dad would be able to walk everyday with a care giver if he wanted and he mentioned today he had yet to go for a walk in the first week he has been there. I would highly recommend this facility and just recommend following up when communicating to various staff about specific issues to insure the right person has been informed.

It was great that we were able to get my father in law in quickly. There was a little confusion in the process where it seemed the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing, which created a few issues that are still ongoing. Nothing major, just a few small bookkeeping things. Everyone there has been very friendly and very nice though, and he is adjusting very well.

Excellent theory of care in practice also to keep folks safe and compassionate informed staff. Management is very involved and progressive regarding new techniques. Good support for families.

Cypress Springs Alzheimer's & Memory Support are really good, welcoming, and warm. The staff have really been good about including her in any activities. I would actually like to see them get a few more activities, especially in the evenings after dinner.

The staff at Clarity Pointe Little Rock are very nice and caring to the patients. I think the only thing that I would say needs improving is there are just not enough staff at the facility. I am not sure if that's the way they designed it but that area is definitely lacking.

One thing I don't like about Cypress Springs Alzheimer's and Memory Support is the set up. The place where the staff sits makes it feel like a hospital. He never referred to the last facility he was at as a hospital but he does this one. I know it bothers dad. It's a little too medicinal feeling there. Dad has dementia but it seems to me that his level isn't that high especially compared to the residents around him. So I would like to see if there is a level in between that he could be in so he is not as much surrounded by people with worse dementia than him. I am not concerned at all about the care he is receiving there. Just some of the things I mentioned I would like to see changed.
