Belmont Village

When I stopped by for my tour I saw there were more people who were further along with their memory condition. I also saw a lot of woman, I didn't see a good balance of men at this community. It was not a good fit.

The Belmont is lovely and seems to be well run. I liked the fact that they had therapists onsite. I think their community fee is too high for us to pay at his stage of his life (Dad is 98 years old). The Belmont offers no church services onsite and going to church is important to my Dad. The Belmont was willing to transport him to a church but his church of 55 years is in another city, so he could not go there. If they transported him to our church someone would have to be with him during the entire service. My family's responsibilities at our church would prevent us from looking after my Dad during the service so we were looking for a place that held church services with music on the premises. Belmont does offer bible study, but there is no music or singing with that.

We toured this community. The staff was nice and caring. They answering the questions we had on the services that were offered. They did have a nice menu. The community was clean. We would recommend other families to this community for a tour for the care of a loved one.

The Belmont Village was a very nice community and the staff was welcoming. The only thing we did not like was how run down the place was, it could use some updating.

The Belmont Village was too upscale. It was very fancy and had pools on sight. It almost reminded me of a resort and it was also very pricey. The staff was friendly and it was a very nice place, but it was not the right fit foot my mother.

The staff for the most part are doing a good job with the care of my mother. The community is clean and neat and they made sure that mom's room was clean. Mom liked the food. I liked that they had a lot of activities.

I toured this community for care. The staff were nice and answered my questions I had for the care given here to the residents, I am not sure on the menu unless I was able to have a meal to see for myself. I would suggest other families tour this community.

A nice property, nestled into a space on busy Ventura Blvd. Staff seemed positive.

My mother is doing pretty well here at this community. She is still adjusting, but I know she is in good hands. They have lovely staff at this community. They are taking very good care of her, and her needs. This is a community I would recommend.

Of all of the places my mother has lived, this is the one I like the best. I love the management team and the staff. They are dedicated, optimistic, caring, and helpful. The community is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. They offer the services that we need, and are happy to make changes to accommodate special needs. The staff is helpful by providing timely information about my loved one's care. We are glad to be here.

Very impressed with the comprehensive services. Tour very detailed. Room accomodation and flexibility to have it painted and either carpet or hardwood linolieum floor choice is wonderful! Staff knowledgable and longevity of years worked there was very impressive. I hope they are in the updating stage of their lobby. It needs some attention. Doesnt make a great first impression, but everything else makes up for that!

My friend is adjusting well to living at this community. The staff have been patient and helpful. They use the dining room as a game room and they offer daily activities. The food looks good and she seems to like it. They offer fresh fruit daily. I would recommend this well taken care of community.

The Belmont Village Hunters Creek was a great place, during my tour, I noticed the place was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and I didn't notice anything that needed improvement.

Belmont Village is a very nice facility. The residents seem well cared for and the staff is quite pleasant. It is a big facility with lots of levels of care and many very interesting programs. They seem to be improving all the time. Not as intimate as some might like.

I liked this community when I visited. the staff I met seemed nice and the community looked clean. They offer transportation and they allow pets. This community was just not in the location I would have preferred.

This is a small community and seemed to be older and not as big as we were wanting. The staff was pleasant and they were friendly and answered our questions on care. . They did seem to have activities going on for others. We did not see the variety of meals that are offered to residents Families might want to see this care that would be offered for a loved one.

Belmont was a little to far away for us. This community did seem clean and the people I met were nice. They offer complimentary transportation and allow pets.

Belmont Village Community is new to us. Our parents were in desperate need of getting out of their home of over 50 years. The transition from their home was excellent using a referral from Belmont to move them. The move was seamless and we didn't have to do anything. Our dad has dementia/alzheimer's disease so bad he really doesn't understand. Our mom is trying to adjust. She misses her home and probably always will. We know she is in a safe place, eating well and has dad on a lower level floor so she sees him and has meals with him daily. This is very expensive $17K+/- per month. It is worth every penny knowing they are safe and cared for. I am saving for my old days, with hopes that I will be a healthy enough to not need 24 hour care.

I was not even offered a tour due to the management would not want to waste time due to the health conditions. The community seemed to be very clean and well taken care of The staff was nice and friendly. I would recommend this community for families.

The staff have gone above and beyond to help my sister. There is a Registered Nurse on site 24 hours a day. There is also a nurses station on each floor. The community is clean and well taken care of. They offer daily activities such as arts and crafts. They have transportation available. The food is good and they have a dietician on site to make sure the food is healthy. I chose this community because of the closeness of the medical center and the quality of care they offer.
