[name removed] the Nurse Practioner is outstanding. The activities director keeps the residents busy and engaged with the different activities. There is trivia, wheelchair zumba, puzzles, more exercise, and more for activities.

It is a wonderful community. The staff are great. They engage with the residents. They make sure all residents are included in activities. Everyone has been wonderful to work with and they answer anything. You can go online and ask questions to the different nurses and managers. There are lots of activities offered. There is gardening, music, concerts, movies, and dancing to name a few.

We toured Orchard Valley and it is a great facility. We still keep in contact with them and if it does not end up working out at the facility my loved one is at, we will be moving here. I give high marks to them for working with us and keeping in close contact all this time, they have just been great.

We chose The Village at Buckland Court because the people were very nice, the studio apartment here was larger than some other places that we looked into, and we thought for the value she was getting more. Is it also all inclusive payment for the care. The meals here are chef prepared and she really enjoys them. They do provide transportation to appointments . I would definitely to others looking.

In the beginning the sales person was very friendly and helpful, and our loved one has a very very nice apartment. She definitely is enjoying the meals they are serving, and they are adding on more activities within the community. It is still a little restricted but they are now able to take the residents out to lunch. There was a little miss communication when moving our loved one in, due to the covid limitations we were not able to help our loved one really move in, so we thought they would of stepped up a little more to help out. However, our loved one would tell a new residents moving in that she is happey staying here for forever

Loved it here - gave a warm welcoming feeling, saw more residents out and about socializing, enjoying the weather. The ability for them to work with us on price is a huge plus. Seriously considering this location.

My mom lost her husband, my Dad, which they lived at another assisted living facility. She has many health issues, strokes which has left her with dementia, and Alzheimer's.. She was consumed with helping dad, not leaving her apartment and was quiet, not wanting to have conversation with anyone or participate in any activities. She wouldnt shower and fought us daily over the phone about taking her medication. At the Atrium Drum Hill Benchmark She leaves her room at 7am and comes back at 8pm. She is so busy with activities and care is nothing short of amazing. The moment she arrived ,welcomed with all her favorite things , The Atrium made happen for her! The employees, maintenance, and all the program directors have given my mom a life she has not had in such a long time. I cannot say enough about this facility and the director :-) So caring going out of her way to make anything she can happen for her residents. Give them a chance! Your loved one is truly in the best care !

They always had something for the residents to eat. If you didn't like what they served they were willing to fix you a grilled cheese or tuna sandwich or something else. They always want you to eat. It is a really nice community, and you would be happy here. The community was good at checking on the residents, and not knowing the staff was checking on the residents.

We toured The Village and it is a very beautiful facility. The room sizes here are also great size, but that is about all I can say as we did not sample the food or anything.

The community's population is very elderly, but my loved ones love the staff and they do a great job taking care of our loved one. The food is great and they have activities but we would like to see a bigger variety. I would recommend this community to others

The Atrium has been great, and they are starting to open back up and bring in live entertainment for the residents. We have tasted the desserts and they are great, we have not heard any complaints about the food. The staff members are very caring, helpful and transparent. Administrative staff has been wonderful and really thoughtful regarding all the families needs. This should be the go to place for people in this area.

Our loved one was only at The Atrium a short while so we were not able to get much feedback on the meals, and he was not able to participate in the activities. It was nice during covid if we wanted to come visit our loved one we could do window visits. We would recommend this community to others.

The community is great and the staff is very friends and great. The food is really good and my loved one really likes it. Communication is pretty good and they reach out to keep us informed. I would like to see a quicker callback time if I have questions. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

I would recommend the community. We have been happy here. The care is better here than when our loved one was at home with an aide. Our loved one's health has been better. They did a good job with COVID. The community is close to family member's homes.

We toured Arbor Terrace and it was a very, very nice facility and tour. We did not choose this facility because it was too expensive for what we were looking for.

We chose Orchard Estates because my mom and our family's our primary concern was she be treated with dignity and respect and not just as a number and I cannot say enough good things about the people at Orchard Estates. Especially the administrative staff, they helped us throughout the way. She had a fall and contracted covid while she was in rehab recovering from the fall, and the staff always stayed in constant contact with us on how to make my moms returns seamless. The apartments are beautiful size compared to a lot that we looked at, she is in a 2 bedroom and is sizing down to a 1 bedroom. The colors and interior are lovely. It is a more high end expensive facility and you get what you pay for. The quality of care is exceptional. I would highly recommend to others who are looking.

My father likes it here. They are always on top of things. The staff make sure my loved one is ready when I have to take him to doctor appointments. Everyone is very friendly and treats him well. They still have their safety protocols in place for the pandemic, even after the residents have been vaccinated.

Everybody in the community has the best intentions and they have a warm heart. The communications between the staff and our family is good and they keep us well informed. I would recommend this community based on my experience.
