We toured the Memory Care facility and found it to be a really nice space. The rooms were above average. However, given my mother's relatively high physical functionality, the limited outdoor space and less active activity calendar were less attractive than other alternatives.

I know she is being care for well, and she is in good hands. The staff have been good to work with for the most part. It is a well-kept, clean community. The Benchmark Senior Living was just not what we were looking for. The place wasn't as nice as other places,it was more expensive, and it didn't appear to be clean. The rooms that they showed us had a musty smell to them. The place is an older building. There didn't appear to be much staff, but the ones I did meet seemed nice.

So far my uncle is doing well here at this. It is still a work in progress, but so far everything is working well. There are nice activities available for the residents. He is getting involved in the community a bit. He is very happy with the staff. Overall he is doing good at this community.

It is still a bit of a transitional process for my mother here at this community. I know she is safe and being cared for well overall. She is doing better each day. They have a very good staff. They have been very helpful and friendly. They do a good job with keeping the community and her room well-kept. The location is very convenient for our families to travel too. Everything is working out very well, and I would recommend this community.

The Benchmark Senior Living at Billerica Crossings is a nice community. It is a bit older but still kept up well. The memory care unit is in the downstairs part of the building which I did not like. Also, the location was far from my loved one's friends and family, but overall a nice community.
