We toured MANY places for my loved one. We settled on a few but kept coming back to the idea of Brookdale and I am so glad we did. We had my loved one at another AL and it was beautiful and more modern but the overall care and services did not compare and my loved one felt “lost” as she is not as social or independent. Coming to Brookdale has been the best thing for mom and us as the family. She has friends, she is more busy / social now than she has been in years. The activity Cordinator has helped my mom blossom into living life again and so have the care staff. Brookdale nurses and cnas are always personable , caring and helpful they have gone out of their way to accommodate things or make suggestions. The fact it is a smaller facility ensures mom gets more one on one care than at a bigger place. Everyone from housekeeper, maintenance, care staff to dining to management is pleasant and helpful. Thank you Brookdale AL for giving us all “care!”

My Mom loves her home at Brookdale Northwest. It really feels like home, warm & welcoming. It’s small enough where everyone knows each other. The entire staff is wonderful, helpful and kind. Mom’s room is cheerful and clean. The food is absolutely delicious. That’s really what my Mom loves most. I’ve experienced it myself when I’ve gone to special events for holiday celebrations.

I would definitely recommend Brookdale Monroe. My loved one is a resident in the Memory Care unit. The staff is wonderful and they're doing the best that they can, given very hard circumstances. They've all been very helpful and very caring and I would definitely recommend them to anybody in the future.
