Brookdale

It is an older facility, but it well kept. Size of room was good. Staff were responsive and helpful. The food was good. They had daily activities and had special activities for holidays.

The staff are attentive and responsive. The dining room is very well run. The activities are well planned. The only suggestion I will offer is to write the date on food containers to assist with food safety. The apartment is the perfect size.

Choosing this community has give out family huge peace of mind and that is chiefly do the caring, dedication staff. From the management to the care tear facility maintenances everyone treats our oved one warmth and respect. The smaller community makes it feel more home like. The community is well maintained and staff works hard to keep things clean. I've only noticed infrequent instances where a common area ight need a quicker trying but overall its excellent. There is a variety of activities. Offered and the actitives coordinator is dedicated and energetic. It's a pleasure to see so many resident attend Bfit chair exercise classes and movies in the theater in the evening. While the current selection is great. I would love to see a greater focus on in-house, in person church service- for residents who can no longer attend out side service in the future. Spiritual fellowship and personal connection that come with a minsters presence is so important to many resident. Even more at this season of life of life. The care coordination has been extremely effective during my loved ones critical first few weeks. Transitioning to a new environment is always challenging but staff provided prompt action and individualized implementation to ensure need were met. The responsive approach answered the early weeks were smooth, comfortable and truly tailored to specific routine and needs. This level of attentiveness is what gives out loved one and family the greatest peace of mind.

The dining experience for my mother was excellent. They even brought meals to her room. I would recommend it to others.

My mom is doing great at Brookdale. It was a big adjustment going from IL to AL, I wish I had done a little more homework on the difference between the two. She is making friends and loves the staff!

Residents and staff we happy and helpful. My mom has gotten the help she she needed and seems to be adjusting well. The one concern is the dog area in the back. It isn't latched well and my mom complains that others don't pick up after their dogs.

It's only been a couple months but Would recommend. We chose this community because, of the location, the staff, facilities, and feel for my mother, price

Food is great. Lectures at mgt are great value for lost with meals, housekeeping and activities location is worth it. Close to downtown and shopping.

Originally tour IL at Brookdale. But because of health your move in to AL. Overall its fine. There is a shortage of staff. Needs improvement. Ability to talk to chef about the change of menu but needs to show faster result.

My mom moved into Brookdale a few weeks ago, and has been really enjoying the environment. Good food a variety of activities, engaging physical therapy and exercise classes have all kept her busy. Every staff member has been super friendly and patient as well. I'm glad we chose Brookdale.

My parents lived here for 4 years and they are happy. they made friends, they enjoy the activities and the outings. We made a good choice!

My mom's best friend lives at Lowry and my mom visit all the time. Also my mom will move to Lowry when it is time.

Visited my friend a the community few times know. Every time I go its a great experience. The place is clean, the stuff are very friendly and they care. My friend. Loves it here, and I will be moving in here when ready.

I visited for an activity with my grandma's friends and it was great. Then I are with them and it was good.

The staff was always very caring and involved. My sister-in-law moved there first. Then we sent my 94 yo aunt there. Then we sent my best friend there.

I attended a wellness expo and met one of your sales managers (per request above nameless) and she invited me to come tour. She was so helpful and caring over the phone and when I came in. I was impressed with how clean and father care of the facility and residents were too. I was also invited to have a meal there and the cook did an amazing job, that I asked to need her and she came over and I compliments how good the food was.

Brookdale is a perfect place for me in this stage of Senior living. It is a lively, friendly, and creative community with many opportunities to continue to use your talents. Support for daily tasks like cleaning and cooking and transportation maximize my ability to enjoy life. Everyone seems to have a smile and hopeful attitude.
