I have worked in the industry for over 20 years. This community stands out to me because the community is so engaging and active. Many residents have lived here for 15-20 years! The 35 acres of wooded grounds are beautiful.

Once I placed my request through “A Place for Mom.”I was introduced to BrookDale Colonial Park and several other Senior Communities. I was struck by Breanna’s warm informative information and monthly cost. She was willing to set up a visit for mom to see the life style and apartments ,viewing the outside grounds and accommodations for seniors. Working through the vacancies was a smooth transition. Although there are always hiccups.On the whole mom settled in with a few living adjustments. Thank you BrookDale Colonial Park for listening to my concerns and your friendly approach.

I have been looking for a home for my uncle for the past two years. Brookdale Colonial Park was hands down the best home! The staff is amazing, attentive and always available for questions and anything our family has needed! Thank you!

Excellent community to bring loved ones to live

Expensive for what happens.

My mother has been at Brookdale Colonial Park for almost 4 years. She and her husband were happy and made friends with other residents and staff. Her husband passed last year. The staff has been so kind in supporting her through her rough times and the good times. I feel so relieved she is safe and in such good hands. Thank you, Brookdale Colonial Park!

Mom has been at this Brookdale for about two years. There has been a lot of stability and consistency in the staff. It has helped to build relationships and trust over this time. Overall, we are very pleased with this facility and location.

My mother was in an assisted living in CT before we moved her to Brookdale Rotonda to be closer to us. We couldn’t be happier having her closer and knowing she has a wonderful care staff over seeing her day to day needs. I highly recommend Brookdale Rotonda!!!!

Everybody here is so wonderful! If you sit in the lobby, everyone will stop to say hi. I have been here a few months now and there is always so much to do I can’t keep up! I am really enjoying it so far.

This is the third facility that my mother has been in. My mother is 97 years old and in very good health. I truly believe that this is where she belongs. Every time I have visited the facility I always find it to be clean and well kept. The staff is always friendly and helpful. In the last year my mother has needed help with a couple of issues. One major and a couple of minor ones. The major issue was beginning the process of receiving funds from a facility care insurance policy. I would like to single out [name removed]! [name removed] has been amazing to work with. She helped with all of the paperwork and communication with the insurance company. She is always willing to call me and communicate any issues that my mother might be having and offer advice or suggestions to solve any issues we might be having. I appreciate everything that the staff does to make my mother's care a very positive experience.

What attracted me to this facility was the friendly welcome. Like assigned seating for meals, and love the outdoor patio. Only thing that's disappointing is when activities are canceled. Otherwise all is good.

Great staff Clean Professional Lighthearted Safe and homey Food is great Activities are nice even though she doesn’t usually go on outings. But have options I would highly recommend this community to others Centrally located too

The atmosphere and the people are super! It's amazing that I can live here and still feel like I am at home. The building is kept clean and the people are friendly. I enjoy getting to listen to music.

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and that is my life every day. I love the lengths the staff will go to make us happy. The views out of my apartment make me feel like I am right in the country. I just love it here.

I love the activities, the food, having access to the bus to be able to shop, and everything about my new home at Brookdale. I was so excited to move in and be around wonderful people every day. I am thankful for this community.

I wanted to live at Brookdale Adrian the second I walked in the door. I love the people, my apartment, the activities, and still getting to be as independent as I can be. I have loved every day that I've been here.

Brookdale Adrian is a great place to call home and I was welcomed from the very beginning. The staff are friendly, the meals are good, and the environment is homey. I love being able to live here with my dog.

I love it here. Everyone is very considerate of each other. I enjoy having my own apartment and a place to call my own. The activities and people are just wonderful. You won't find a better place for senior living.

All of the staff and residents listen to you and want to get to know you. I find it very comfortable living here. I participate in many activities and love it plus having the bus to be able to go out to do things too. You won't regret moving here.

The nursing staff is wonderful and always assists how I need and in a timely manner. I enjoy my life at Brookdale Adrian - the activities, food, and staff are great. I'd recommend this community to anyone.
