I have had a great experience. Everyone here is very friendly. I have lived in 3 different place and this is the best one in the area. Activities are fun!

Like the kitchen staff. [name removed] is wonderful. They take of me and people here are so nice. Love the food and the people. Very pleased with everything. They are good to be patient with me with my eye sight. Nurse is nice.

I have visited Brookdale on many occasions and would say when or if the time comes that you may need a place with extra care and or supervision, Brookdale is the top pick. It is definitely home away from home, with activities for everyone. Residents are happy and always smiling. The staff at Brookdale are engaged and always helpful. The place is also so beautiful and I haven’t seen a meal yet that didn’t look and smell delicious. If you need anything call [name removed] she is amazing at explaining everything they offer and how to work through specific needs for your loved one.

I like Brookdale. People are nice and the food is good. Housekeeping could be much better.

I just love our little community. I've enjoyed the people and everything that goes on for us here.

The helpful and staff are more than willing to help me. They are jolly. The food is good, An attractive building and kept very clean. The staff exceptional the best. The resident are so friendly and eager to help too. The place is very well run like devotions.

YES 10 out of 10!!! It is a WONDERFUL PLACE!! It is the perfect fit for our loved one TRULY A BIG FAMILY PLACE!! You walk in and can feel that they care for everyone living there. STAFF is very important for that to happen and they have done well with their STAFF!! They have a lady name Tammy that is off the charts loving and caring. I do a lot of visiting with everyone and the reviews are GREAT from residents that have been there many years!! The place ALWAYS smells good and is CLEAN!! Again it is all about finding a loving and caring staff and THEY HAVE IT!!

The care I get if I don't need help. The friendliness I receive. I like it here, I really do, and if someone asked me why don't. I want to go home, its because I love it here. The staff spoil me.

Love this community!! They are warm and welcoming while providing excellent care and compassion for their residents. They have so many great things they do for the residents to keep them active, engaged and help them have that sense of home.

Everybody has been nice and cooperative. Food is good. Overall everything is fine.

People should move to Parkplace before they think they need is. Don't wait! Parkplace is great. I've been resident here for 12 years and I love it here!

My mother and father-in-law came to Collin Oaks three years ago. Married 71 years at that time. They shared a suite until father-in-law had to be transferred to Memory Care. Our family has experienced nothing but love and caring from this facility. Father-in-law passed this past [date removed], but [name removed] wish to remain here based on the friendships and relationships she has been blessed to cultivate at Collin Oaks. God Bless this facility and staff??

I have done many volunteer events with residents at this facility. It is very clean and well managed. The residents always seem to be so happy and having fun during our activity time. I would recommend this facility to my own family members

I have been in this facility as a clinician and the residents here are cared for so well! It is the best in the Beaumont area hands down. The secured unit is well run as well for patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Their care is top notch. The administration is also caring, knowledgeable and the best in the business!

Brookdale-Dowlen Oaks is top-notch and one of the most beautiful places in the area! Everything is amazing from the staff to the amenities! You won’t find better in Southeast Texas! I had the privilege of touring this place and I was blown away. Check them out today, you won’t regret it. The prices are competitive and the things they offer make every penny worth it!

I have been recovering from surgery at Brookdale Arvada. It is a smaller community and the staff is caring and friendly. The facility is clean and updated. There are nice indoor and outdoor common areas. The activities staff makes sure the residents are engaged on activities they like. The chefs provide a variety of options and try to accommodate food intolerances. The mix of residents is about 50:50 femaile; male. The residents are also friendly Dog- friendly too!

I have been working here at Brookdale Santa Fe for about 6.5 years because it is the best company in the nation providing senior living services to our elder population. Brookdale is sincerely concerned about the wellbeing of all its associates, residents and families. I have worked at other senior living communities and their is no comparison - Brookdale Santa Fe is the best.

It has been great having her here at Pinehurst. Including care kindness respect.

Everyone works hard and Parkplace is a very nice living arrangement.

My dog and I are so happy here!
