Our mother spent 2 years in this facility with a constant turnover of directors, nurses, and staff. Terrible food, inconsistent room cleaning, no transportation, and no activities are just a few of the cons for this place. Upper management at this location could care less about the residents, were impossible to get ahold of, and could be outwardly rude. Residents are to blame for problems that arise here, no accountability for anything ever on their end. Our mother’s medical symptoms were ignored, even though we had frequently addressed our concerns with them. Subsequently, she is in a nursing home now with permanent damage. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I would recommend you don't move in. The care coordinator gave vaccines to the residents without the permission of the families. This makes it worse as it could have injured my loved one. There is a lot of staffing changes going on in the community.
