THANK YOU for all that you are doing! I imagine that you are working longer, harder, and under more stress than ever before. This is MUCH appreciated. In addition, and I hope that this fact is not overlooked by all of the various families with loved ones at Hidden Lake, you have maintained a SAFE environment. We have all heard, seen, and read of COVID-19 breakouts among the elderly in assisted living facilities and the like. THANK YOU there as well. My Mom has been at Hidden Lake since May 2014 - shortly after opening. In my opinion, and given my experiences, EACH of you are the BEST to have ever held your positions!

Lynd place is a very nice facility. There are plenty of activities for residents to do so that they are not just sitting in their room alone. I love the the layout of personal space. Residents can have the feel of home and that is very important. I would recommend this facility to others.

When you walk in it smells good, it smells like home. It really felt like right when I walked in. My mom is in Assisted Living. The staff really knows my mom well, they understand her and meet her needs. The food is good, and they have a lot of variety. The community is beautiful and the layout is simple.

This community was wonderful. They've got it going right in every direction. They kept the community clean and the staff were very friendly. The activities director, front desk, and kitchen staff were all great. Definitely a good value for the price. The staff is very willing to work with you to accommodate for your family' specific needs. They are in a beautiful location; we were very pleased here! The care that my parent's were receiving here was much better than at their previous community.

They are great. My mom loves it there. The staff is caring and understanding of the residents. They have a lot of activities to keep the residents busy . The food is good. The layout is good, all one level. Room sizes are good. They have a nice outdoor patio for the residents to use.

We checked 5 assisted living places. Others had virus. This place works to keep the virus out. They work to keep residents happy and the food is good. They try to meet all of our needs. We made the best choice when we selected Waterford. All services are top drawer the best.

I am very happy living here. Our caretakers take good care of us. The caretakers here are excellent! The food is very good. I love the view from the window - the lake.

I don't think I could be happier than I am here at Hidden Lake. The staff is wonderful and when I appeared on their doorstep at the beginning of the pandemic, they have been kind and understanding of my situation as I also hope they feel I have been the same! haha.

I lived in assisted living for 6 years before I came to Waterford and I can say that both me and my family like Waterford better. The office and the workers and wonderful. They listen to us and work with us in every way to make things easy for us. The food could use some improvement. The entire place is kept clean and beautiful inside and out.

This is a very pleasant community with beautiful grounds and a nice lake, with caring people. It is convenient, comfortable, clean, and well cared for. Thes staff is the best. I love living here.

[Name removed] was extremely helpful, every step of the way. She kept us up to date on everything regarding my uncle's move since we could not be there due to COVID-19. She set up his room, coordinated his phone setup and furniture delivery, and did facetime calls with us so we could see when he settled in. She couldn't have been nicer about anything.

My Mother-in-Law is in great hands at Cedarhurst of Bethalto. What a great facility and amazing staff!

Cedarhurst of Belthalto is outstanding. A new facility with great staff, I always know that my mom is being taken care of. Plenty of activities for residents, and excellent communication with families.

My friend's mother lives here . . . she seems really happy and safe in this environment. It''s just a beautiful place to be!!

We moved my boyfriends mom here after she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and we couldn’t be happier. The stuff that works with her are beyond amazing. They go above and beyond our expectations. We truly love cedarhurst of Bethalto!

It has only been a few months but we are very pleased with the entire community. The staff is excellent, the amenities are excellent, and the overall care has been superb.

High Plains definitely puts the well being of the resident first. One of their philosophies is that you turn every encounter into a positive memory. They actually train all of the staff in this. They are so focused on the residents. The communication is excellent. During this Coronavirus, the head of staff has had a weekly zoom meeting for all families to update us on how they are handling the virus. They have been helping my brother have facetime visits with us a few times a week as well as they encourage window visits. They have very little staff turnover which adds to how the staff and residents relationships are so personal and interactive. It is just an amazing place. My brother is the happiest I have ever seen him in his life.

First rate facility, the Staff are very cooperative and caring. The property is well maintained and cared for.

Love the staff! The care that they provide to the residents as well as the activities them come with, especially during this social distancing due to Covid-19.

I’m a former resident of Cedarhurst of Bethalto following my surgery. The facility was like being at home, but not needing to cook, or do housekeeping. Those amenities are included in the room charges. This allowed me to be focused on my rehabilitation and allowed me to be more social. The facility has a 20+ seat movie theater where weekly movies are shown. I used the theater to watch sporting events, such as NASCAR, MLB, and NHL games. The location has weekly musical entertainment in their Four Seasons Room. This large room has a baby grand player piano, fireplace, and a kitchen with a full size refrigerator/freezer, stove/range, and a double kitchen sink. This area can be reserved for private extended family gatherings. The staff were very courteous and helpful with me. I had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, full kitchen with a small dining room, a large living room, a exterior door to a private patio, and easy access to a reserved Cedarhurst Resident Parking Spot.
