We are very happy to have our mom in a smaller environment where she gets more attention than in a large institution. The style of Hamilton Place is more like a nice bed & breakfast atmosphere. With my mom's disabilities and the loss of my dad soon after the move, she is getting the personal care that has been very much needed.

I have visited Emerald Place on many different occasions. I have always found the staff to be helpful and pleasant. The Emerald Place provides a very home-like environment. I know my loved one is In good hands at Emerald Place!

They just remodeled it so it is really nice. My mother in law room is nice.

It's going really well. They take good care of him. I don't have any major complaints so far. I would rate them a five at this point. Everything is working out.

All of the employees working over at the Lynd Place really do try hard at their jobs and they all work hard to try and keep things running smoothly at the facility. There is not anything I can think of to improve on.

I am really pleased with them. The attention that they have given to my Mom is great. They have great communication and are very pleasant and helpful. Overall very pleased with them.

We were looking for a new place for my mother-in-law. We stopped several times to see Hamilton Place. We were very impressed with the staff everytime. Def is knowledgable and the nurses are very friendly and attentive to the residents. I would consider Hamilton Place for myself when that time comes, I was that impressed.

My aunt lived here at Emerald until her death. She was loved, cared for and happy. The staff was family to her and made her feel special everyday. She did not have to go to a nursing home , which was always a fear for her. She loved the food and activities. Bill is outstanding, always has a smile and sweet comment for everyone. Van became like her daughter and loved her like one too. I would highly recommend you take the time to visit Emerald Place and see what I am talking about. Ask for Van you will be glad you did.

I just think that High Plains Alzheimer's Special Care Center has an extraordinarily caring staff. I give them a deserving five-star rating overall and five stars also for many of the sub-categories as well.

We are currently looking for our grandfather and noticed that this is a very active community. We still have more communities to tour but everyone was so friendly from the time we pulled into the parking lot to the end of our tour. We definitely left there with more knowledge about assisted living and our local resources. We had no idea that he could get assistance because he is a veteran.

I have found Bliss Place to be consistently a great value for my customers, and have never been disappointed by the individual care and attention they give to residents. There is no place better that I have found.

They have been very well. The physical therapist is doing a great job. They have been easy to contact, if I have question they are always there to answer them. They are very helpful and I appreciate everything they've done.

They do an excellent job overall at Tesson Heights! It's a nice looking, clean place, and they take very good care of the people who live here. The staff is friendly and professional, and they gave me a lot of guidance and advice when it came to my loved one's memory issues.

Well compared to where my mother was at, they are a lot more attentive to her and give her more attention and also give her a better quality of life.

Moved Mother in a week ago. She is finding Hamilton Place a comfortable, friendly and safe environment. She feels well cared for and happy that she decided to move in. Thanks to all the staff for making Hamilton Place a loving environment.

We are very satisfied with Tesson Heights. The apartment is the perfect size and comfortable, with modern amenities. Food is good as are the activities. I think it is also a great value too. My mother was able to stay in the area with familiar surroundings. The building has privacy and is surrounded by trees and green space. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely great facility. Met with Marti Spugnardi. GreAt tour. She was so helpful. Met residents in memory care unit while they were having lunch. No opening At this time but could be on waiting list with deposit. Pretty expensive over 6k per month but it is a specialized section.

Their staff is excellent. Very professional. My husband had an issue and they managed it very well. I would love to place him there full time. This is where I would go first. This is a great facility.

We have had a very positive experience with Tesson Heights and would highly recommend them. We chose them because as soon as we walked in the place it felt like home. It has a very homey atmosphere and is run as such. The staff there are all very nice and really get to know the residents and their families by name. We have been very pleased.
