The management has been really good. We're a little bit concerned because the General Manager is leaving at the end of the month, and we don't know how the new management will be be. But the gentleman who was there when we moved in was fantastic. Hopefully they can find somebody as good as he has been. The facility is very clean and nice. Pretty much every time I go in there, they're doing some sort of activity, and they have something for everybody if they want join in. My loved one is very happy there. The only concern she has right now is the food is not as good as it was when she first got there, but it's okay.

We're very happy with The Bridge. Most of the staff is pretty friendly, and Mom is pretty happy with the care she's receiving. The place is clean. The food is excellent. We have no complaints at all. She wasn't thrilled when we said she had to move, but now she's happy living there.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Everyone is having staffing issues; however, they have been proactive about taking care of the residents during this time.. This is a testament to the management team they have. The staff does a great job at staying in contact with me and my loved one. Every manager knew each resident during the tour.

We are really happy with Garden Plaza, we love our apartment, we love our neighbors and the community is in a good location. The food is fairly good, and there are activities going on every single day.

This community was beautiful, like walking into a cruise ship, well maintained, nice dining, very clean but the apartment size was too small for me.

Our tour with Garden Plaza was good and the facility itself is beautiful. We were looking for something that was smaller and did not offer too much, so we went with a different facility. It was just not the right fit for her.

I much enjoy living here. Some irritating things - hot water toilet has to be plunged about 3 times, lots of cold air around heaters. Enjoy all the music, once COVID is gone [name removed] does a great job with entertainment and keeping those busy that want to be busy. This place is needed a lot of alteration and updating.

Now that the 'virus' seems to be under control and SOME activities are available, this is a good place to be. When we were confined to our apartments, it was not good. Food eaten on styrofoam is not palatable. Our executive manager is GREAT - available and approachable.

Very happy here and, except for the food - great. Too greasy. Almost never warm. Some entrees are a work to eat. Salad with piece if chicken on top - I was supposed to cut it! Excellent Caesar salad - but again we must mix it our ourselves. Wait staff to many duties in kitchen. Last evening waited 1/2 hour to be served.

For the cost, it's very clean. The staff is very friendly. The layout is nice. It's bright and airy. I would definitely recommend it, especially compared to some of the other places I had toured. I didn't care for the food, but my mom likes it, which is most important. And she enjoys the activities as well.

The Bridge at Ooltewah was very pricey. It was a very nice facility. They had nice rooms and everything. But it was just way out of our price range.

The meals generally are good, but we have also heard that lately they are having a hard time keeping their kitchen staff. There seemed to be quiet a few people leaving and also because of this the activities have taken a dip. We do not think it is the communities fault, maybe it is connected to the pay level, but on top of everything going on this is a tough job for anybody. We do think the value for cost is good.

I would advise not to expect to much from this community. Also do not expect to much from the staff. There are no activities that I can see from when I am there.

It is a very clean community. Everyone is very helpful. My loved one is happy here. It is a good value for what I found. Some of the activities offered include: painting, bingo, outside entertainment and more for the residents to choose from. There are small portions of food. There was a time where the community wasn't able to meet my loved one's dietary restrictions.

If you have a loved one needing a community, this is the place to put them. It is a good place to be. The staff are very friendly. There are lots of activities available for the residents to take advantage of each day. My loved one is a stickler for the care they receive and there are multiple steps for medications and supplements to be packaged. This is the reason for the lower score on the care services.

We chose Remington Heights Retirement mostly because of the value for the money. The apartment sizes here are adequate for her needs. I would recommend to others looking, it is a friendly community.

Comfortable living. Food is good. Activities a plus, and staff excellent.
