My mother and I are very happy with everything at Bella Vista. The facility itself is very clean. I recently had a meal for Thanksgiving there and the food’s flavor was good. It was nice and I walked away satisfied. They have breakfast all day and they have a menu that changes a bit from time to time. I know my mother likes their salads. They also have an activities signup sheet and they have a bus for group trips. My mother definitely takes advantage of their care services for her doctor’s appointments. Typically they prefer them to book appointment on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.

Newly renovated, great atmosphere.

My brother is very happy at Bella Vista. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The residents are nice to be around to share and enjoy calendar events. There is always sometime to do. They have a monthly Mass for Catholics as well as Holy Communion distribution once a week. The restaurant is open 7 AM-7 PM and offer a variety of entrees. Housekeeping is excellent and when there is a problem encountered, it is handled fairly quickly and professionally. [Removed] is very charming and pleasant to work with.

We moved my brother into Bella Vista and he's been very happy and content. The room is lovely with a view balcony of the front yard - very inviting. My brother sits on his balcony in the early mornings when it is cooler and enjoys the birds singing. [Removed] has been wonderful to us as well as the other staff members. My brother loves the restaurant which is open 7 AM - 7 PM to accommodate everyone's needs. He likes exercise, which is 3x/week. Catholic Mass is also a plus as well as Holy Communion distributed each week. He's not been to the Man Cave nor the Library yet. We got him an extended package on his TV and that alone keeps him attentive. My brother's mobility is the prime concern for us but we got him a wheeled walker and he appears to be doing quite well. Kudos to Bella Vista.

My loved ones are loving it there at HarborChase of Shorewood. They are the friendliest people you would ever meet. I'm talking about everybody even the residents are friendly. I was just there and they were saying how much they love it there. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It is a very clean and comfy home. I have had lunch there and the food is good. They offer variety and choices. They have a bistro bar where they also serve food. They just had a Packer party at the Bistro this past Sunday. They post a daily list of activities that they post everywhere. The staff takes them to do their exercise therapy. They were just telling me about the transportation they provide to take them to wherever they need to go. They went to the store, Dr. appointments and wherever else. They have a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a putting green. They provided glasses for when they had the solar eclipse. They moved into an apartment together. I decorated it with all of their beautiful things that they had in their home. It looks like a Better Homes In Garden Magazine model home. It is beautiful and they said it feels like home.

As we looked at many options for my parents we felt this community had a better atmosphere that we liked. So far the retirement part of community is providing what my parents need. The food is good for all the meals. Both the residents and staff are good.

Bright & airy! [Removed]couldn't have been more helpful! I loved the layout of the floorplans and the newly renovated apartments with fully tiled bathrooms were very nice. The price was lower than expected for all of the amenities provided and the residents seemed to be one big happy family.

I like this community for the care for my mom. The staff is caring and attentive to her needs. The meals are good but need some improvements. they offer a lot of activities for the residents who are able to participate. We would recommend this community for the good care and value for a loved one.

What a warm welcome!f From the Director of Nursing on to the visit with Courtney & Kim, everyone was just so knowledgeable & compassionate. Harbor Chase is so very clean not only in the common areas but also in the common areas but also in the residents' apartments.

I had a "hard hat" tour of this facility and did not get to see it finished. [Removed] was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the facility and memory care needs. I was looking for both parents - one with memory care needs and one w/out. I felt that my parent w/o memory problems would not fit in as well and decided to choose another facility, otherwise this would have been my top choice for my parent with early-onset Alzheimer's as I thought the layout, design and concept of this facility was perfect.

We liked this community. The staff were nice and answering our questions. The community was clean and maintained. The community is clean and beautiful. We liked the menu and would recommend this community to other families for good care and a value.

My mother has been good since her move to Fieldstone. I am not in the same state as her, but I do call her every day and it sounds like she is settling in well. The people there are all very nice and they make her feel comfortable. I would recommend them so far because we have had a good experience.

My mother has recently moved into this community and she has really mad a smooth transition. The staff and residents have been wonderful at helping her feel welcomed and right at home in her new living environment. The food is excellent, the chef does a great job on the meals and making sure that they have healthy well balanced diet. Overall everything is great and no complaints.

We chose Bell Vista for my mother because they offered a deck off her apartment which was nice if she wanted to sit outside and have a coffee she wouldn't have to walk far and still her privacy. The community is doing some nice renovations. The overall atmosphere is clean friendly and welcoming. She's made some friends and is slowly joining in on activities.She is also very satisfied with the meals.

My father moved here recently and things are going well. They are currently going through a remodel. The one downside of that is they said they were going to put in a pool table and messed up the dimensions and won't be adding one. He was really looking forward to laying pool so he is kinda bummed about that. They like the meals very much. We chose this community because they will be newly renovated and at a fair price.

I like this community for the outstanding care that is given here. The community is clean and my sister likes the nice staff who are attentive. She is enjoying the activities and seems to be please with the meals that are offered. We would recommend other families to this nice place for the care of a family member.

The care has been awesome from what I have since being her my mom. Their care was awesome for dad, he was fading and the staff did a fantastic job. Being kind and accommodating to my mom. She was demanding at times and they were still good to her. My mom loves the community, the residents and the food. Everything about the community is enjoyable and she is going stay.

I don't live near my sister, but from what I have heard things are going well for her in this community. The staff is treating her well and keeping her safe. The meals provided she says are good and the place is always kept very clean. She is happy so far and so am I.

It was a ruff start at first for my grandmother with her move to this community, but now everything has gotten better. She is doing great, and they are caring for her very well. There are plenty of activities available to keep her active, and her brain stimulated. They even have a hairdresser onsite. The staff is great. She is pleased with the meals, and they have a great selection of food too choose from. The memory care portion is very safe and secure. Her move here as provided me with a peace of mind knowing she is being cared for well. I would recommend this community, it is great place.

This is a beautiful place and the staff are really caring and understanding. They have so much for the residents to do and have fun. I like that the community is always clean and never any funny smells. The food is okay and my loved one has no complaints. We love it here.
