I toured this community on behalf of my father who will be moving this summer to be closer to family. He doesn't want to be treated like a child and have to check in with people. I like he would have privacy in an apartment and be able to have his grandkids spend the night. It really fits the bill of taking the burden of day to day chores off his plate and will enable him to remain independent for years to come. And enjoy each day without worry!

Mom loves it there. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help their residents and always checking on them. They have activities and outings planned for the residents to keep them active and engaged. Morada is updating the facility now and the remodeling that is being done is beautiful. The staff is very mindful of the residents and their comfort during this time. I’m very thankful that my Mom is there, knowing that she is still independent but checked on gives me peace of mind. Morada is highly recommended and greatly appreciated.

Excellent from the first contact. Our loved one moved in about a month ago and seems very content with it all. Good food and lots of things to do. The manager was very helpful and friendly. Very easy to work with from the beginning to move in.

We are moving my Dad from out of state and wanted to find something close and comfortable. We have been very pleased with the personnel at Copperfield Estates. [name removed] has been helpful with our questions and getting things ready for move in. The area is clean and well maintained. The community feels welcoming, and offers a good schedule of activities and several places to relax or visit with others.

If you are looking for a place to live Copperfield estates is the nicest one I have seen in Houston. Since i moved her its been exceptional. Love the hallways. The activity is a large. The exercise room has all the equipment that i need to improve my health.

Pomway Gardens is an amazing facility!!! The administration staff is fabulous...and the care staff are so loving, kind and take such beautiful care of my mom....they are very very special ?? They are very focused on safety and they have given me complete peace of mind in the care and compassion they have for my mom.

We toured Brookdale in DesPlaines for my mother. We have looked at several places for her. Our first impression was the lobby was so inviting and the staff was very friendly. We looked at a couple apartments and found them spacious and clean. Aft a delicious lunch we looked in on a couple of activities and the residents seemed to be enjoying themselves. Mom isn’t quite ready to move but this is her first choice.

It's been such a positive experience, staff is fantastic and helpful. Community is very clean. Nursing team available and exceptional service provided as needed. I looked at a lot of communities and Brookdale Des Plaines was by far the best option for me.

I would recomend them. I picked this community because of the pricing and availability

5 for all categories. It is a great overall place to live. My parents are satisfied with their apartment, the food and activities. I would definitely recommend Heartis Clearlake to others.

We moved my uncle to Parkview in Allen after my aunt passed away. It took him a minute to get used to the place, now he is so happy there. He enjoys the pretty park in the center of the buildings, and likes the food. He’s starting to be like his old self again. Everyone there is nice. He’s happy there. Thank you Parkview.

I live out of state. [name removed] and my Mother's house keeper are incredible. They deserve a raise. Based on the experience our family has had so far with Whiterock Court, we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

My mom really likes that the community is smaller. She was overwhelmed by some of the larger places we visited. Also the fact that everyone... staff and residents have been friendly. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

HAVING MOVED IN AT ITS OPENING I BEEN NOTHING BUT PLEASED. THE STAFF FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND CARING. THE MANAGEMENT DEDICATED TO OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AND RESIDENT SERVICE. ACTIVITIES ABOUND AND IF IT DOES EXIST YOU ARE WELCOME TO START YOUR OWN. AND THE CULINARY STAFF WILLING AND OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS WANTING YOUR EXPERIENCE TO BE TO YOUR LIKING. EVERYOE SHOULD COME, VISIT, SEE WHAT WE'RE ALL ABOUT.

The Pointe has been a wonderful place for my parents! The staff don't turn over often and are very kind and loving with the residents. They truly care and keep us informed of anything going on. [name removed] (front desk) is wonderful. [name removed] (director) also great. [name removed] (PT) is awesome. [name removed] (nurse) wonderful! I love the Pointe!

It's a great place, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've been here 7 years. My husband and I moved here together, and he loved it as well. Food, employees, and activities are fantastic. Fellow residents are very friendly and welcoming.

The staff are very helpful and seem to genuinely care about the patients. They work with each person to build a schedule that suites them. You can be as active in social activities as you want or just be comfortable in your room.The food is good but could be better.I looked at a lot of places and this one felt the most relaxed and homey.
