I've moved into Arcadia Place very recently. The facility is very clean, economical, comfortable. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, most of all very caring.

Just like home age group of residents. Lots of activities. Not a new facility but well upkept. And maintained.

We came in skeptical about Azalea Park being the right fit for dad. The website only showed independent living. The sales manager was awesome. She explained every aspect of the facility and gave us a tour. We were sold - rented an apt and feel comfortable that we made the right choice.

The staff is caring with the residents, as I see so far. The housekeeping is up to par. Every time I go there, the place is clean and orderly. So far, they have kept me informed of my mom's status and how she's been. The move-in process was easy. They tell you what to bring. They provide the bed, nightstand and curio for her clothes. You have to provide pullup briefs. No problem. And the food is great. They provide them with nourishing good quality meals that I would be glad to eat myself.

We chose Solstice Senior Living at Auburn because we just liked everything about it....the people, the location, the choice of apartments and much more. The staff have all been fabulous!

My loved one is currently a resident at Holiday Chateau De Boise and everything is going well for her at this facility so far. My loved one is settling in well and is very happy there. I would recommend Holiday Chateau De Boise to others.

I went for a tour at the Camelot, to explore housing for my father. [name removed], the sales manager was very helpful. He showed me around the facility. Help me choose the apartment that is right for my father and explained everything about the accommodation and the activities on ground. The Camelot looks like a great building with amazing staff members that could definitely be a part of my father life. Thank you so much [name removed] for taking the time to show me around and answer any question I had, and for the availability, even during non- working hours so we can go ahead and finalize our new living location. Thank you again [name removed] and thank you to the Camelot team.

Happy to give 5 Stars to Brookdale Hoffman Estates, 5 stars for the physical facility and 5 stars for the excellent staff. Two words come to mind as I watch Brookdale staff work with residents who are in some state of memory loss or dementia: PATIENT and KIND.

This Beautiful Castle is a gem, They have the most friendly Staff members, a all sort of amenities, for example a fun fill of activities to keep you active and engaged. 3 chef home cook meals. a large orange grove and a pool/spa. I would highly recommend it to you or your loved one.

My brother 71 has lived at The Camelot for 9 months now! He truly loves living there! He does have some memory limitations and everyone there is always so good to him! The staff has great entertainment for the residents! It is always clean and kept up! My brother also lives for the 3 home cooked meals they serve there too! This is the best place for him and he is very happy there! I highly recommend this place for your loved ones!

It's beautiful with lovely people. We picked this community because of the proximity and the staff. I would recommend to others.

I would give a 5 for all categories listed...Heartis has been a very positive experience so far!! Staff is friendly, setting is clean and comfortable, and food is plentiful and delicious. The only area of improvement I would note is timely follow up with questions and communication. I realize they have new staff and it takes time for processes to take shape. Overall I'm very pleased with our selection of Heartis as a new home for our parent's.

Talk to the residents and ask their opinion. The facility is very accommodating to the residents AND their family. The family members are given keys to enter the facility after hours. This facility is very safe and secure. We moved my 89 year old dad into TerraBella Riverplace. Because he lived by himself, we were always worried about him. He is still very independent and still drives. The family stated that it would be great if we could get someone to come in and cook for him, light housekeeping (like change the bed sheets weekly). We found all of this plus so much more at TerraBella Riverplace. In fact, my dad's words were "this is a good place. I've never seen anything like it before." This facility is very reasonably priced. In your retirement years, no one can afford to spend all of their money on a place to live. This allows a great, safe place to live with all utilities paid and 3 meals a day included. It doesn't get much better than that. Knowing that dad is happy makes us happy and less worried about his well being.

The staff has been amazing, even though they work shorthanded every day. The building, both inside and out, is spotless! The meals are average, but to my surprise they will feed a guest for free. I would Highly Recommend Hidden Meadows on the Ridge over any other local elder care facilities.

[name removed] was right across the street from [name removed] house. So coming to Azalea was like coming home. Her main complaint is "I want cottage cheese back on the menu, PLEASE".

TerraBella Pheasant Ridge was fantastic the whole time that my loved one was a resident there. The staff was fantastic and went out of their way to take care of my loved one. The pricing was some of the best in the valley and we checked everybody. The housekeeping was great. The move in and out process was very easy and we had no problems.

This Assisted Living community has wonderful, friendly, and attentive staff. The residents are so sweet and lively. The community is clean, home-like and inviting. Meals and activities are exceptional!

We have been treated with kindness and respect by all of the staff at Holiday Jackson Meadow from the first phone conversation through the move in and this has been better than we could have asked for. Mom seems content. She is making friends and doing great. She even likes the food and she is picky.

This is home now. I moved in [date removed]. A loving staff and new friends welcomed me and helped me adjust and feel at home.
