Sooner Station at University North Park is a really nice place. The only drawback for us was they did not have the option to stay in independent living and add on your own additional care if needed. They did offer their own assisted living and memory care though which is nice.

We chose La Marea over the many others that we toured because of the cleanliness of the facility and the staff members were all great. The location of the facility is also very convenient to me which helps a lot so that I can visit often. I would highly recommend La Marea to other families who are looking for their loved ones.

Terrabella Roswell was great, this was our second choice. They were very willing to work with me when I took the tour. I honestly may move my loved one here in the future. It looked like they were in the middle of doing renovations. After the tour they gave us a little gift bag and I thought that was nice.

Southridge Place has made my mom feel safe and secure, and she loves it there. It feels like home. The care she receives has been great. It’s above what I thought she would be getting, so I highly recommend Southridge Place.

Solstice is bright and airy and clean. It does not feel old and run down. The dining room is restaurant style and if you don't like the food of the day you can always choose from the menu available at no extra cost. I like that the electricity is inclusive. The private apartments have white 2" blinds and nice floor plans with a roomy feel

I give 5 across the board, if I could give 10's I would. The staff at Carroll place was so special to us all. We lost dad in November due to a stroke, but the time he spent there was exceptional. We have dealt with 4 other facilities with both sets of parents, over the past year and Carroll Place BY FAR hit it out of the park. Dad made a comment a couple weeks before his stroke "when they walk in that door, I feel like royalty!", speaking about the staff. They have it right, they treat all residence as if they are their own family. We ? Carroll Place and will refer them any chance given.

While our loved one was there we really liked the friendliness of the staff members and how caring they were as well as the expertise they had handling residents with dementia. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

It's great - it's not like a typical care facility. The hallway is set up like a neighborhood, so it looks like a little town when you leave your living area. I like that it gives my loved one the feeling of being able to leave and go out and about even though she's not physically able to leave the memory care unit. I haven't had any issues . The staff are all friendly and helpful. And the cost is decent for all they do.

Grateful for the peace of mind that has come from knowing that my loved one is safe and being fed good meals everyday.

Everything was great but the food was not so great. We picked this community, because it just seemed good, and we went there before hand and talked to the clients. They all were happy.

Northhaven Place is a very small facility. The people were all super nice, but the facility itself definitely needs some updates done to it. That was the main reason we did not choose this facility. I do have a friend who has a loved one here and she does really like it, it just was not the right place for us.

I have found it to be an extremely open community. They have a wonderful wellness director and exercises. The food is good. And they provide good housekeeping services. The staff is very attentive. The apartment is lovely. But the best part is that everybody is welcoming and friendly, and truly sincere - nothing pompous at all.

I toured and dined in the facility, in search of a place for my dad. The manager/asst. manager were excellent. Nice renovations will be finished in February. The best part was the couple hours I spent talking with a 90-yr mom and her daughter. The mom had to leave a few years ago due to her husband's condition, and was now thrilled to be returning. I got to see the reunion with the staff and her friends. Impressive retirement home.

I toured this facility and it appeared to be a very nice place. It was definitely clean and everyone was friendly. Nice tour.

Aston gardens at Pelican Pointe is a lovely place. The lady who gave us the tour is great at what she does. She was patient and answered all of our questions. This was our second choice out of many places that we looked at. I just felt that it was a little bit more institutional compared to the facility that we went with.

Had to move my 93 year old mother out of her home of 60 years. The staff at Arcadia place went above and beyond to make this difficult transition as easy as possible. I'm so thankful she is here and not in some cold facility. She loves the food and anticipates each meal. Each member of the staff from the weekly housekeeper to the dining room staff treats her with kindness. Kudos to [name removed] and [name removed] for keeping everything running smoothly and [name removed] for her thoughtful and fun activities that she plans each day. I'm so happy that she (mom) was able to get an apartment here and retain her privacy. Glad she no longer has to worry about cleaning or buying and preparing food. Highly recommend Arcadia place, Vista.

I toured this facility and it was very clean. Staff seemed kind and caring. It did seem to be a little more pricey. Overall, it wasn't the best fit for my loved one, but it was nice.

We have absolutely no complaints what so ever - we have sent 2 people here after our brother and they love it. It is a beautiful clean facility with friendly staff. The food is great as well. We truly have nothing bad to say at all, it is an awesome place and we would highly recommend them.

Our family had an in person tour and we had a great tour experience here and it was our first choice, however we felt it was best due to our loved ones care that memory care would be needed and unfortunately they only have independent living and assisted living
