We wanted to move into TerraBella a few years ago but there was no openings so we moved dad elsewhere. I feel like his level of care with Terrabella is top notch as well as the cleanliness of his room. The staff is incredible which is especially impressive right now with everyone having staffing issues. They know who I am and always address me and tell me something about my dad or ask me questions, they are very engaged. I would and have recommended them.

They're very accommodating. It truly feels like they're there for the residents, and not for themselves. It's a business, but it's not run like a business. The staff are very friendly and will help out wherever they can, even when it's not their job to. I recommend them highly. Unlike the other place my mom was at, everybody here seems happy, and everybody tries to get to know each other.

My mom has been cherishing and enjoying her time here at Discovery Village, they're doing an excellent job. Communication between the community and our family has been outstanding. I always speak to the people up front when I visit. My moms' apartment is spacious and she was able to bring her own furniture. They provide housekeeping services about twice a week. I'm sure they offer some transportation services as well because they take the residents on group outings from time to time. My mom especially enjoys going to the movies, group physical therapy, bingo, etc. I would absolutely recommend Discovery Village to others.

Everything so far is going quite smoothly, they did not push me to make any decision they waited until I was comfortable. I have one of the newer one bedroom updated apartment which is so nice. They also have really nice two bedroom apartments. The maintenance team is always on top of keeping requests done, the landscape workers are great at their job, and the cooks in the kitchen do the best they can to please all of us living here. They also have a ton of different activities going on and I encourage families who are looking for a place for themselves or their loved ones to come check out Morada Victoria East.

Love this place so much! I feel like I am at home when I walk into this community. The staff is so friendly and caring. They are always doing some sort of activity with and for the residents. The community has a beautiful set up, great courtyard and communal areas. The community is always clean and smells great. I would definitely refer my friends and family here.

I had a very good feeling about Discovery Village at Naples from the moment I walked in the door. I really liked the people that I interacted with and the facility itself. I would definitely recommend them to others

This was a very nice community and the staff very friendly. The distance was further from family and friends.

The staff is extremely competent, and will try to accommodate the residents in the community. I would and already have recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The communication with the staff is very good. They keep you updated about your loved one and are willing to answer the family's questions or concerns. My loved one enjoys being in the community. They have recently lost a chef and other staff have been pitching in to keep the food up for the residents. Breakfast is very good in my loved one's opinion.

Everything has been great. Our family has experienced security, stability and good care for our loved one. And the apartment is very good. It's just the right size, so it's not too much for him to take care of. And it's well equipped, modern, and updated. He had new everything when he moved in - new appliances, new flooring and carpeting, etc.

Friendly residence and staff. A true home community.

We had a great experience at Discovery Village. The people are amazing and it was the right choice for my mom. Unfortunately she was only there 2 weeks when she had a fall and ended up in the hospital. Only a few complaints is that the facility is very spread out so a lot of walking which is a challenge for those with walkers. The bathrooms in the units are pretty small so again difficult to maneuver, especially if you need assistance to shower. We do have family moving there on recommendation so despite our loved ones outcome we do highly recommend the place. the people - staff and residents make it very easy to feel at home.

We chose Solstice at Grapevine because of the price as well as what they had to offer as far as activities and the quality of the meals provided. They have a variety of apartment sizes to choose from and they all seem to be good size. The staff have all been extremely accommodating.

We have not been able to have a meal there ourselves but our loved one seems to be happy with the food. They do a lot of different activities during the week for the residents which has been great. We have no complaints. It is expensive but considering everything we are getting we do feel we are getting our money's worth and based on our experience we would recommend the Woodbury Mews to other families.

I have no complaints. The Conservatory is doing great! They have met if not exceeded all of our expectations. The food is excellent. The staff is fantastic. There are always activities going on. It has been a perfect fit for my family member.

I was really pleased with Walker Place. We had a very positive experience. The staff was very caring and concerned, and they kept me updated on the situation. So I was very pleased.

Right away what stood out to us was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. So far our loved one is really enjoying the meals and dining services and based on the experience with Lake Ridge Village we would recommend them to other families

Organized, friendly staff in a cruise ship like living for your folks

I would highly recommend Sunrise to others for their loved ones. This community isn't too big. There is great nurse to resident ratio. They have a very friendly atmosphere and staff. The staff communication with the family is very easy and very responsive. The community provides three meals a day and the residents are able to dine in the dining room or have meals delivered to their room. The apartments have a kitchenette in the units.

It is an excellent community and I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones. My loved one has already had a friend join them in the community. My loved one is thrilled with the meals. The community will not allow unvaccinated individuals in to have meals with our loved ones in the dining room. They will not accept a negative test either. Games, music, library, field trips, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from to participate in. The staff communication with the family is excellent.

I was very impressed with the physical facility and the staff when we came to tour Solstice. The overall value to the money here is amazing. The apartment is plenty big enough for my parents needs. Every single staff member has been extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. I would recommend Solstice to others and already have.
