From the staff to the other residents, we have the best group of people here. That's why I love living here the most.

They are absolutely fantastic. Every single thing about it has been amazing, starting from the moment I turn off into the neighborhood. It looks like I'm going into a resort. And Mom calls it the closest to paradise she'll ever be. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are perfect. The bedroom and closet are nice and big. The bathroom is very appropriate for her safety. They keep things very, very clean. She has her own screened-in deck where she can sit and read. It's just beautiful. The food is delicious and very appropriate for a good, healthy diet. There is absolutely nothing negative I could say about Aston Gardens. It's been an amazing opportunity for Mom to be there.

I think it's wonderful place. They've been very attentive to my loved one's needs. When I was touring, they went way out of their way to show me around, including one of the administrators walking around with a leg injury with a camera. They've been very accommodating in scheduling meetings with any staff we've needed to talk with, and they've had roundtables with our family. Any concerns we've had, they have addressed and corrected them. They're just very accommodating, friendly, and professional. With all this Covid stuff and staffing issues, there has been some turnover and a learning curve with people coming in and out. But overall they're still providing good care, and they go out of their way to help my loved one. They just changed chefs, and whereas the food was good before, it is now excellent. It looks like they have lots of activities if you choose to participate. We got in on a pretty significant discount that will stick with him through his entire stay, so it's a good value. He raves about their recommended hospice provider, which is Holistic Care Hospice. He loves their staff, and they're very attentive. If you call them, they'll return your call within a couple of hours, or by the next day at the latest.

[Name removed] is the supervising nurse manager. He has taken extra care and attention to my grandma. We are new to navigating the processes involved in long term insurance, he helped. He also makes sure that she is well attended to. The experience at La Marea has been amazing. Helpful, fun, caring, and just a easy transition for my 91 grandma.

Good entertainment and lunch-pleasant staff.

We chose Brighton Gardens of Greenboro because they had more equipment to help my mother get up and down. I also think it is a great value for the money compared to other places that we have had experience with. They have 3 different sizes for the rooms and they are all a good size. The staff have all been super friendly and are open with communication and always available. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

I lover it here! No matter what happens someone is around to help. Breakfast is wonderful!

The meals and dining service according to our loved one is improving and they keep the residents pretty busy with all their activities. The friendliness of the staff members and the warm feeling you get went you walk in just really stood out to us in the beginning.

Parkview on Hollybrook gave us a wonderful tour, it is a very nice place. We already have our minds made up by the time we came here but really liked this facility.

I thought The Addison was a very nice place. I really liked it. The only thing that tipped the scales toward another facility was location (proximity to where we live and to our parents' group of doctors).

It's great. The staff and people have been very helpful and welcoming. They've made everything right from the beginning, and they make it feel like home. The food I tried wasn't bad, and the dining hall is very nice. They grounds are very pretty and well kept. They always have a lot of things to go and do, so the residents aren't just sitting in their rooms all the time. Compared to other places, they are very much a good value. It's just a very friendly place, and the best around that I could find.

My mom is very happy here and they take good care of her. I like the staff and I feel that they do a very good job with the residents. It is my mothers home and they keep it clean and organized and I have few issues so I am happy.

Our families is having a night and day experience with The Park, our loved one came from a community where she received almost no care and The Park is giving her all the attention and care she needs. The food is delicious, the community with the director is nursing is incredible, the sales lady is amazing and the administrator was been so friendly and helpful. The building is a little bit older but they are working on fixing it
