The Administration Staff is amazing. Their doors are always open. They are very responsive to the needs of residents. I have been here one year. I thought the building looked somewhat outdated when I moved in but remodeling is taking place as we speak. Painting, new flooring, etc.

5 all around, when we had to make a change and move to a more assisted living situation it was a bit challenging to connect with them. I think that it's important to check in randomly, get to know the staff, maybe eat there now and then just to have the feel of the place.

Dad, gets 100% of his medical care there. The nurses are great, they have a PA that comes there every Tuesday. We use their pharmacy company so all dad's medication is managed by their nurses and the PA and gets delivered there. They do PT with dad there 2-3 times a week and they have a podiatrist that comes there. They also allow cameras in his room which some of the others did not. That was a big factor for us. Vitality did not allow cameras. The only issues we have really run across is them changing cleaning people. They have gone through a couple since we were there but they have a good one now. Overall, we are very happy there.

The folks at The Bentley bent over backwards to help us find a place for my family member that was in our budget and gave her the independence she deserves. Having her cat with her was the icing on the cake. Thanks to A Place for Mom for your patience in getting us to this point!

Clean environment, kind employees, good food mostly even though slow serve sometimes. All in all, give 4 and half stars. Yes, we would recommend The Forum at Memorial Woods to other families with confidence!!

Great facility that looks to be improving regularly and with friendly, helpful staff. Only complaint I have heard is that there is a bit of turnaround in the Kitchen so the food quality dips at times.

Although it is quite expensive, they earn every penny and it is worth it to know that mom is being well cared for by loving people and not being mistreated in anyway because she wouldn't be able to report abuse if it were to happen

The staff could not be any kinder. They really make my dad feel loved and respected as a person which is so important at this stage of his life. They are very open with my brother and I if there are any concerns, we are immediately alerted. This is very important as we all live in different states. My dad repeatedly tells us how fortunate he feels to be able to be at a place like Discovery Villages. My brother and I echo those sentiments. He is well cared for, well loved, and the facility is immaculate.

I have had my mother in this facility for over a year now. I have found the staff to be some of the kindest and compassionate people you could want to take care of your family members. They work hard to keep the facility clean. My mother is in Memory Care and I feel very secure knowing she can't wonder off.

We recently moved my mother into Dogwood Estates and have been so pleased with everything. Bringing Mom here has taken such a load off of our family. As now we are sure she is in a safe place with great people that really care about her. The staff is just wonderful. They are going through a renovation right now so it’s gonna be really modern and updated when they’re finished. It’s already a nice place but now it will be even better. Mom has already made lots of friends and feels comfortable and happy which is all we could ask for.

It is a larger senior independent living facility, so some of the rooms are quite a walk form the dining area and gathering places. Very few rooms come available on the first floor that are close to the dining room so your loved one should be quite mobile.

Shasta Estates was very helpful in getting an apartment and the specialized care my mother needs. She likes her care giver's. And seems happy. Thank you for your help in finding this place for Mom. Great

The facility is very well maintained and managed. It truly has a great atmosphere and is extremely user friendly. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable in the senior living experience. Overall very good customer service

Kiley Ranch is a top notch facility from the initial tour to the intake process to the move in day. Excellent amenities offered from the food to the beautiful acreage it sits on. The staff go above and beyond and are attentive to all the needs of my aunt. Definitely recommend Kiley Ranch.

The staff are very friendly. Easy to talk with. Eager to help. I have not had a lot of interaction with the admin staff. My sister deals with them. But the couple times that I have, they have been great. Mom loves all of the activities that are offered.

What I like most about this community are the professional employees they have, they really do care. I also like the overall cleanliness, but what they could improve on would be the meals, the food is not always hot when it is served. However, I would by all means recommend this community to other families.

They are a warm, friendly, eager to please staff.. I have a bright, sunny, spacious (rooms are large) apartment with more closets, shelves, and pantry space than I could fill. The building seems to be well insulated as it is very quiet here.

From the front desk staff to the director, the activity staff and the chef-everyone was so professional, positive and welcoming. They helped with referring a good local mover, they made sure my Dad got an apartment that met his needs. He was reluctant to go, said he would just try it a month and see. He now participates in an exercise class daily-he never exercised before in his life. He tells me stories from his "breakfast" group and his "lunch" group. He even goes to happy hour every Thursday and dances. (He has never had a drink but they serve ice cream at happy hour so he's happy!). He has enjoyed the musical concerts as well. After 2 weeks, I asked him what he thought and he said he couldn't think of one thing bad about it. I am so happy he is around people and interacting with so many. After my Mom died he spent so much time alone. We are all very happy at Solstice.
