Very helpful and accommodating, go above and beyond. Room size is adequate. They have lots of activities, my mother just won't participate.

It was not too big, it was very well maintained and close to my home. The entire staff is friendly, kind and professional.

From the tour, through the move in, and this first month of the experience my mother has felt so welcome and so comfortable. After 95 years of working hard with the daily toil of cooking and cleaning and worrying about maintenance issues she is finally “living like a queen” as she deserves. She has enjoyed meeting new people and making friends with staff and other residents. She loves maintaining her cherished independence. She also loves the food! Solstice lives up its name “the end of one season and the beginning of a new exciting season”. At 95 yrs old - who knew?!

The staff are very easy to work with. Apartment sizes are nice, they offer 1 and 2 bedrooms.

My sisters and I had to place our older brother, who has Parkinson’s Disease, in a new place to live. The Forum exceeded our expectations on every level. Warm, welcoming, cheerful and elegant !! He’s a proud man who resisted going, but now he is SO glad he moved !! They literally roll out the red carpet to welcome everyone. From the pool to the art studio to the movie theatre with recliners, it’s really FUN !! And when he declines further the assisted living is across the street.

My mother in law loves the care and ambiance at the Point. She likes the size-not too small, not too big. Food has been good and her care team makes her feel special. Staff was very helpful with move in. We like that it is close to where we live. We wish the room was ADA accessible as she is in a wheelchair most often. But she can stand up from her wheelchair in the bathroom and hold on to the counter and wall. Although she is shy/tired to join, it seems like there are interesting activities every week.

It was not an easy process to convince my father-in-law that he needed to move to a new home with 24 hour support but over time he’s come to appreciate what it offers. From the very first conversations, I knew that this place was special. From the personalized attention, empathy and understanding of his concerns. They’ve really worked to integrate him into this lively and active community. Everyone is a joy to interact with and the list of amenities is endless. They have amazing meals, lots of opportunities for socialization and activities, health services as needed, laundry, and cleaning. All of this in a beautiful bright and sunny building location next to a lake. I understand why this place has been nominated for awards time and time again and couldn’t be happier about the choice we made!

Terra Bella is a wonderful place and they have taken wonderful care of my mom. She has had therapy there and done wonderful. She loves living there. The only reason I am moving mom is because the new place is cheaper and I had already paid a deposit down and I can't get my deposit back. It will save us about [price removed] a month at the new place. That adds up to alot of money over a year. But Terra Bella is a great place. I wish she could have stayed there.

I was very happy working with a friendly and very professional & knowledgeable staff. I worked with [name removed] and [name removed] to help me make a decision. Apartment and the rest of facility was very nice and clean. Would recommend LakeHouse anytime.

Best decision we have made for my cousin. She is safe & in a very active community. My cousin isolated herself but is interacting well with her new friends & is thriving.[name removed] & [name removed] are knowledgeable & forthcoming with information.[name removed], is Activity Director has a full calendar of events for the participants involving everyone,including families. Granville is a wonderful facility.

When I started the search for a place to care for my mother in-law, it was eye opening to say the least. This place is very clean and staff are very attentive. The pricing is very fair compared to many of the other places I looked at.

Finding A Place For Mom is a difficult decision and choice no matter what. The staff at Morningside were very gracious with their time in showing us the facility and answering our questions. They helped to make the transition from her previous location to Morningside as easy as possible for us and for her. However, changes for someone in mom‘s condition are never easy.

We have been apart of the Terra Bella Indian Trail family now for a couple of months. I know that under new management things can be overwhelming. However, my experience with them has been nothing but heartfelt. They have accepted my mother with grace and have cared for her with dignity. Cleanliness of the facility is a high-quality in comparison to some that I have seen. I visited many different facilities prior to committing to this one, but it seems to be the perfect place for my mom. Management makes themselves available when needed and for me that is a high priority. My mother gets to enjoy the beautiful sunshine out on the front porch with her friends now and has served wonderful meals three times a day, as well as being administered her medication's when needed. All of these things were becoming impossible for her to do on her own. I no longer have to worry about her being cared for.

The staff is very helpful with any of the needs of the residence even down to helping my mother-in-law with her iPad she is not technically savvy whatsoever, and she only uses it for solitaire, but she couldn't find the solitaire icon. The residence themselves are all very kind very helpful, especially when it came to when my mother-in-law first moved in. They helped her get acclimated and showed her different things and invited her to different activities. It was very helpful & reassuring. The facility always has something in going on every day. It is up to the residence however, if they choose to join in on those activities. There are postings in the elevators by the dining room of things that are going on so that they can be kept informed also information goes to their rooms every day on the back of the daily menu as to what's going on that day as well. So they keep the residence informed they're there to help out with whatever they need maintenance or simple things such as lifting a box so very nice.

The nursing staff and the caregivers were very helpful with our transition. I would recommend to others.

I know the staff is attentive and my father will be cared for. He likes the food. That's huge. Everyone is very approachable there.

5 for overall experience, cleanliness and friendliness. It is an independent care so no real nursing but have in house doctors who visits and can get blood drawn etc. from your own apartment. Food is very good. Menu changes every 6 weeks or so. Lots of activities and great workout facility. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great size. Kitchen is pretty good size with a big pantry. Living space is tight. Everything is updated since it is only a few years old. Beautiful outdoor pool with cabanas and grills to use.

My wife and I are looking for a place for my Grandfather who is 98 years old and in need of Assisted Living. From the time we walked in the door, we felt welcomed and at home. How we were greeted by both staff and residents smiling and greeting us to the feel of the community. TerraBella Marchbanks is a great community and even though we live in Columbia, it is completely worth the drive. All the amenities and planned activities looked wonderful and would make my grandfather feel right at home. My Grandfather has not made a decision yet, but if he asks me or if her lets me decide, it will be this community for sure.

From the moment I walked into the community I felt welcomed. I was greeted by smiling faces and the scent of delicious food was in the air. I was personally greeted by the Executive Director; he was very informative and showed me around the BEAUTIFUL community. I have visited multiple communities in the area looking for the perfect place for my loved one and this community, by far, is at the top of my list. [name removed] really was great! With my career in healthcare I truly feel that my loved one will flourish in this community. I really trust that [name removed] and his team will go above and beyond to do what is in the best interest of my loved one. This is an amazing community with a compassionate team in place.

Courteous helpful pleasant. Respectful & responsive staff. Amenities food wise delicious. Rooms are apartment size. Adequate for 2 people. Bathrooms set up for handicap (if needed).
