I can honestly say that the first thing you feel when you walk in the front door, is welcome. The Director, down to the Maintenance woman are some of the most underrated people on the planet. My MIL is treated with care, compassion, dignity, and respect every day. I know ideally most of us want to be “at home” when we leave this planet..well I can say, I am so grateful in our inexperience and disqualification of skills, that she has somewhere just like Digby Place that will keep her active, smiling, and cared about until the day God takes her home. I myself thought they did a good job at taking care of mom. Mom’s memory was slipping and she couldn't remember what she ate or what she did, even though they were serving good meals and kept her active. When any family member came to visit, they commented on how good the food was. The staff was very kind and friendly and did a lot to keep her happy. We feel very lucky to have found Bell Oaks, the family all agreed it was a good fit for mom. The staff were very caring and kept us informed of her needs. While visiting the tenants seem to enjoy the activity and each other. I would rate them a 5 for what they did for my mom.
