My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff are very kind and super friendly. My mom is included in all activities, and the staff do all they can to keep her happy and involved in the community.

It is a pleasant community. Everyone is kind and caring. The staff respect my wishes, and I am very happy here. I have several other residents that I consider friends. I am also an ambassador and do my part to welcome new residents.

The staff is very nice and responsive. Highly recommend Solstice Senior Living at Las Cruces.

Excellent service and care.

There is a concierge on duty 24/7 so if you need help at 2am there is someone available. I feel safe here and other residents agree. Residents are also friendly. We have a lot of fun. No strangers - people introduce themselves to you. When I was new older residents taught me the ropes. When we don't see someone for a couple of days we check on each other. Older residents make the new ones feel welcomed. Front doors- where the concierge is - are open during daylight hours. After that you need your card to get in. Visitors must be allowed in by the Concierge. Entry through all other doors are strictly by resident card.

They are very helpful & still continue to be. I have already referred Allara to uncle & 2 of my father's neighbors. So far my dad is very happy there.

We've experienced some problems but they have worked to fix them. All the staff have been very friendly. The food could be better. That's our biggest complaint. But I think they try to make food that everyone likes.

My mom and I toured and Madison is a beautiful place. Pricing is good for the amenities you get. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I felt like I was already at home. Staff was attentive and everything was explained thoroughly by the Sales rep.

The staff does an absolutely amazing job! The building is kept in great shape. The housekeeping and maintenance crew keep everything clean and working properly. The concierge team is so sweet & always has a smile on their face. The Culinary team does a fantastic job with the food & dining experience.

Paradise Springs is a very warming and welcoming place . I love the vibes with all the residents and the staff is awesome. Also it’s very clean, I came in during and the smell from the kitchen was delicious.

Paradise Springs is just perfect! Very beautiful and well kept grounds and, newly renovated, so new paint and flooring as well as modern dining! All-inclusive! 3meals and plenty of activities, entertainment, outings and transportation to Doctors office visits and shopping. The staff is just great and genuinely care for their residents! Everyone seems to really care for each other and seem to always be happy and active. I was really impressed with this beautiful community and we are on the wait list!

Friendly staff and people that lived there, seemed to be the most reasonable price. I have met friendly people during the time that I have spent there at least 95% of the time! My client is [age removed] and was upset at the fact she had to leave her house and move (after 50 yrs) and did not go to any functions for quite awhile but has recently started getting out of her apartment more and meeting her neighbors! She is very settled in and comfortable now!

All a number 5. However, all of the assisted living facilities are understaffed, so elderly may not be getting best care. Based on the experience, we would recommend Heartis Suwanee to other families.

Great community to live at! They have church service and devotionals lead by residents! Always have something fun going on. The food is great they always have 7 differnet options! This is the place to go for if you are looking for senior place!

The facility is lovely and clean. Artwork, decor, landscaping outside and courtyard beautifully maintained. Dining area with staff presentation very nice, professional. Food choices tasty and plentiful with daily offerings of snacks. Everyone works hard to ensure my mom has the best experience possible. Have been on top of medication management, physical needs from very start. Staff are kind and make sure she is checked on and safe. Laundry service top notch. Mom loves room and freedom allowed to decorate to her liking. Activiy offerings plentiful, fun. Great Physical Therapy department. Admissions, medical, reception staff all extremely nice and helpful. Very satisfied with her transfer to this facility!

Solstice Senior Living at Fenton is a great place. The building is clean, they have friendly staff and good food.

Overall, I love it here. However, I would not recommend going to a retirement home like this with a guy dog, because everyone wants to pet it, feed it and all that stuff. I also think the rent goes up faster than the cost of living raises due. Other than that, though, I'm very happy here and love it and glad that I went through A Place For Mom for this choice.

My Aunt, 99 and 1/2 years old moved in and was treated very well. Unfortunately she passed away 2 weeks after moving in so I can't give you long term analysis of this facility. She was treated very well while she was there.

I picked them because they offered cheaper rent plus I lived here last year and I should have never moved I had moved to [facility removed] and got a bad deal I rate that as a 0. I also liked the services here
