Eden Senior Care

The staff have been superb and they are the best part of this community. They are very accommodating for my friend and for myself. The food is ok and they work with each individual resident to be sure there dietary needs are met. This is a small community and they only offer a few different activities. The grounds are nice and they have a shaded patio where the residents can enjoy the beautiful scenery.

I feel that my aunt is receiving great care. I would recommend Brookdale Madison North to friends and family. They maintain the place very clean and fixed. I also feel that my aunt is safe and the staff looks after her. The meals are okay my aunt feels like she receives too many sandwiches a wide variety of choices would be nice.

They have a really high level of care, especially when it comes to having different activities that people with this level of dementia can be. Their second floor which is their dementia unit which is amazing. They have got it figured out, it's all about what they can do, instead of what they can't do. You can visit as a family member and be included, you aren't made to feel like your interrupting. It is extremely expensive, they will raise it up come January 1st. They encouraged expression.

My husband was here for a respite stay, and everything went very well. He really enjoyed his time here and I was very pleased. It is a very nice looking community, they did a good job with keeping his room and the facility nice and clean. The food was excellent, he really enjoyed the meals. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this community.

We love this place for my brother. I have no complaints at all. We loved that they had hospice care attached with the community so we didn't have to move him when he needed hospice care. The Community was upfront with their costs no hidden charges or fees. We know what we have to pay each month. The staff is very friendly, place is clean and the food is excellent.

My husband enjoyed his stay at Mission Creek. He was there for 9 days respite care. He said the food was very good and he enjoyed activities.

My father is doing very well at this community. He has adjusted very well and I'am very pleased. The community is super clean and very well-kept. They have a very professional staff and they are caring for him very well. He works out daily with the work out classes they offer. They have a library program and they bring the books right up to his room. The food is great, it is like eating at a restaurant. Amy and a place from mom was great with all the help they gave us. I would recommend this community.

We think it's great. We are very happy. I would give them a five. The employees care about the elderly, and are really compassionate. They have so many activities, she is really happy. They keep her room spotless, and the garbage is taken out daily. Her clothes are always clean, and she never has a spot on them. The activities kind of played a big role in choosing them.

My parents just moved to Brookdale. So far the attention, oversight and care has been great. The cottage environment is intimate and feels like home, the food is good and accommodations are very fine.

Everything is working out well here at Mission Creek, we are very pleased. They are truly great this community and really care about the residents. The staff is wonderful and very informative and kind. This is a nice community and looks amazing. Everyone is very kind and willing to help at any time. The food is excellent, we have had a few meals there and it was great. Even the servers are pleasant and sweet. We have already recommended this community because it is truly a wonderful community.

We absolutely love it. It's been a very positive experience for my father. They have gone out of their way to make him comfortable, and introduce him to people. I recommend it to everyone. Everything is clean, and the food is so good there, everyone comments on it. He looks forward to the activities. Whoever is managing there really gets it, they really understand how to make senior living comfortable. We were impressed from the very first moment we walked in. Collette really helped us from the first moment. She was so understanding and compassionate, she really knows how important it is to find the right place.

Things are going well since moving my brother into the community. He seems to be adjusting and settling in very good. The community is nice looking and I've no concerns about the cleanliness of the place. I like the fact that they go out their way to help my brother.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. They were very helpful throughout the whole touring process! I would definitely recommend them as being worth a look for those looking into senior care in the area!

We like it a lot. We think they do a great job there. We haven't had any concerns or issues. Maintenance is good the food is okay. We are really happy with it. I would definitely give them a five.

My father was only there for about 10 days before he passed. The level of care received in his final days was everything you could hope for. They were attentive, kind, helpful, experienced, and completely professional. My father was in the memory care unit at Brookdale of Stow. There is a gentleman named Jeff who cares as much about the residents as anyone could. He was instrumental in guiding us through this most difficult time. The facility and staff are all first rate, my father couldn't have been in better hands.

It's been phenomenal. I would highly recommend it. The aides and the CNA's my mother was assigned were wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. I have no complaints at all. They get a five from me.

Brookdale Stow is going good. It's a good place. They have a really good memory care unit which I am really happy about. They have a lot of activities. The program director is fabulous. We are working together on things that Walt can do. It's a really good relationship. It's as good a situation it can be under the circumstances. It's a nice setting here. They have a big living room, big rooms, and it's very comfortable. It is a real pleasant place. They are keeping him occupied a lot. They did suggest we take him out for lunch. I do have to find his dirty clothes that he puts where he shouldn't. They don't look through his things like I do. He has a computer system that is geared towards memory care. He is so happy with it. When I left from a visit they had a film of a woman playing a piano with words on the screen. That is great for them because these are old songs that the residents are familiar with. I think they are doing a real good job here.
