So nice because it’s small and my love one gets a lot of one on one care. They are very professional. The laundry service is fine. The food seems good. It was just above and beyond! I’m so glad we found them!

Very high end accommodations. Costly and just a little too grand for an Arkansas farm boy. No complaints about facility or sales advisor (first rate). Convenient location from New Braunfels.

This is the first community we had experience with when we had to move my parents out of their home, and they did a great job. They were very accommodating, and receptive to our needs, and really helped us through our initial worries.

Apartment living, pet friendly, reasonable price ranges.

I found it very clean, they were very friendly, very helpful. From the get go we were asking quetions and they answered them right away, they get right on it. Mom had a couple of things that she wanted to have done and they got the people in right away. She participates in the activities that they have right around the place, she's not into softball or anything like that and she's blind as a bat too, but she keeps telling me she likes the place and the people. The care is one of the things we liked about it, the shots she needs they're able to give them, they have a doctor on call so she doesn't have to be taken out to him, these are the things she likes. One of the main reasons I chose New Haven was the staff and also that it was clean. A lot of places had a heavy heavy pine sol kind of ordor like they were trying to mask a smell, but this didn't. But overall mom's happy and you can't really ask for more

We love it - it is wonderful! My dad is very happy there. As far as the service goes, it's well worth it. They're friendly and they're always there if he needs something. I recommend it to everyone I know even though I think they're all full right now. My dad is not much of a game player but he does the excercise classes and goes to the little parties have. I can't think of anything to improve it. They've been excellent. I just wish we would have known about it sooner!

We really appreciate how well they work with our loved one, they got him on a good routine and medicine that has really helped. The new director [name removed] seems to be really on top of things and we are hoping he finds new good activities for the memory care side to do. For everything they have to offer and do for us the value is totally worth it and we would recommend to other families.

We chose New Haven because the lady that I was talking to was extremely knowledgeable and took her time to answer all questions. We met the staff and residents before we made our decision and also the value was great. The facility is not brand new, but everything inside was brand new and it looked immaculate. My dad does not participate, but by the looks of the activities calendar, it looks like they have a lot of activities provided for residents to participate in. We did have some issues in the beginning but most things have been resolved and staff really go above and beyond. We have been pleased with our experience and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

Do I like it here? Yes.

My mom has lived in the New Haven assisted living house for about 3 years. I love the fact that I know mom is watched over 24/7. Her medication is managed for her. The facility Is beautiful and has a homey feel. I would highly recommend New Haven!

My aunt has been at New Haven since May of this year. She is very happy there. [name removed]& the staff are wonderful & very caring. I am so happy that I chose New Haven to care for my aunt. She receives excellent care.

I enjoy getting pictures and facetime talks with my mom. [name removed] is always so nice and cordial. I hoping to come for an outside visit soon. I also appreciate all the communication especially with the hurricane and the evacuation plan.

My mom is very pleased with her new home at NewForest Estates. The apartment is very nice, the food is great, and the employees have been helpful to her. She is in the Independent Living area. She has a full kitchen and still enjoys cooking some, even though 3 meals a day are provided. I was really pleased that they came to check on her when she did not go to the dining room for two consecutive meals. That makes me feel that they are concerned about her welfare. We really appreciate A Place for Mom referring us to this facility.

I toured the facility yesterday and very impressed!!! The apartments are laid out very nicely and seem more spacious than what the square foot implies. The dining room, great room, grounds and pool area are beautiful. Residents seem very cheerful and happy, they were all very friendly. [Removed] gave me the tour and was very helpful with understanding my sister's situation and financial needs. Pet friendly, met several cute pets!! Also met the Director, very friendly and loved his dog, Molly. I have found my sister's new home and can't wait to get her moved in so I can come and visit!

I have a family member at New Forest and could not be more pleased. The facility and grounds are well kept and clean, even with construction going on. The staff is not only friendly and helpful, but participate in the fun events they offer. The director, Randy, interacts with all the residents, including my mom, and seems to never forget a name. That is impressive for such a large property. It is so affordable that you might think you would have to sacrifice quality, but I have not found that to be true at all.

There is a good selection of activities to attend, I just wish I could attend more of them. My wife enjoys Wii bowling and she very good at it. I feel useful that Activity Director Brenda is always including me in special events. I love to do opening prayers for the special events provided for us. My wife and I are happy to be at NewForest Estates.

I attended an open house our at NewForest Estates, I was not ready to move in yet when my best friend of over thirty years informed me she was moving back to San Antonio. I informed her that I had the perfect place for her to move into. She loved her new apartment and the help. When I was ready I also moved in and I have been here one year. I love to eat my meals with my friend and I am glad that we do not have to drive anywhere to see each other. I am safe here and the best part is I do not have to cook! The staff is nice and helpful. There is transportation outings if I need to get anything.

I was in the process of moving back to San Antonio when my friend Pat [removed] had just had a tour at NewForest Estates and told me it was the perfect place for me. The funny part was she was not ready to move in herself. I had a tour of the community and Pat my friend of over thirty years was correct! I love everything about my new home. I made the mistake of leaving it once and regretted it. I missed the good service and my apartment. It did not take me long to move back. My friend Pat has now moved in also. It's great having her here with me.

I love everything about NewForest Estates. There is always something to do. Food is good. Activities are great. I love the Activity Director Brenda, she does a great job. I also love Randy [removed and Michael [removed]. All the staff is so helpful here. There is not one person in this community that I do not like. My daughter tried to get me to move out and move in with her, but I refused because I am happy and content here.
