I like living here. I have made a lot of friends.

This place, New Haven, is a very nice, clean, friendly place to have one of your loved ones to live. The new director [name removed] is a pleasant, forth-going, loving person. The staff is also great, they keep the residence happy and that's what counts. My mother really enjoys living at New Haven.

The facility was very nice and seemed like the residents were comfortable and well taken care of. I did not like that it was so small and the rooms were very small, like a hospital room. It was not what I want for my mom at this time. They did not have any openings in Assisted Living.

Nice property and good offer great amenities . But door to apartment was on the outside and you would have to go through weather to get inside to dining room.

Price is just right however, the neighborhood is questionable and security around the community is only a fence. Even though there is someone at the desk 24/7, I still question security. However, this is a strong contender.

apartments are large + roomy with all amenities. Bus takes wheelchairs/scooters as well as roolators. Laundry on every floor are excellent. Many nice people+ many activities for all ages.

I toured New Forest Estates, and I really liked the community. I was quite impressed, and I thought my loved one would really enjoy it there. However, New Forest was farther away from me than some other communities we had seen.

Good residence, clean, responsible and kind staff, good manager concerned about residents (LVN). Excellent activities director – bus for events – library access. My loved one seems happy here.

The [apartments] are spacious. The grounds are beautiful. The only need I see is the repairs - But [removed] is a very compassionate & caring - professional & helpful- and a special friend to my mother.

Happy here – pleased with the management and people at the front desk. Very comfortable and feel safe. Food needs improvement though.

I have nothing but praise for the entire staff. They are friendly and helpful. However, we do seem to have a quite a bit of turnover in lower wage, scale personnel. I wonder if perhaps the pay is too small. As a whole , the food is very good. I do think Pacifica is more interested in the place looking good ( it does) than some of the things to make the residents more comfortable.

Brain Fit is a great way to start my morning. The people and activities available are fantastic.

I’ve lived here seven years. There are many things I like about it. People are very friendly and its easily to make friends. Many activities.

I think its really a great area as well as a great community. I am very happy to live here since I can’t live at home. People here (employees) are caring and efficient.

I'am enjoying my time here in this community. It is a nice facility with kind people. Everything is working out very well, and I'am comfortable with my move here. Everyone has been very kind, and welcoming. The staff is always willing to help, and very pleasant to be around. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. I'am pleased with the meals they provide, and they have plenty of activities available. I would recommend this community, it is working out well for me.
