We are very pleased with the exceptional care that our father receives at Sancerre. My husband and I visit every few months and no matter when we walk through the doors, there is always consistency. The front desk staff is friendly, the art on the walls is absolutely gorgeous. The facility is clean and tidy. Our father is cared for and has every need met. The care goes above and beyond our expectations. It is comforting to know that our dad has a nutritious and delicious hot meal 3 times a day. The staff are professional, fun loving, and hard working people. I couldn’t think of a better memory care facility to have our loved one reside in. Thank you for all that you do!

This has been a great place for my father who has alzheimers. The staff has been great and we really appreciate having a safe, clean place for him and also that they do activities. [name removed] in memory care is a great asset for this place. She seems to keep the residents busy with activities and tries to get everyone to join in.

Can’t say enough positive things about this facility and the staff. From the moment you walk in the front door you feel the warmth and kindness all around. The facility is beautiful and well-maintained. The food is delicious and the staff go above and beyond to ensure dads fussy eating habits are supported. And I really appreciate how they have personalized the care plan for dad. He is encouraged to participate in group activities but if he is not interested he is provided with an activity that he does enjoy, such as painting. I appreciate that the staff set him up his own little table so he can paint on his own but still be in the main area where others are socializing or doing the group activity. Dads health has improved since he’s been here as he now has regular nutritious meals and daily exercise. And the Activities Director is amazing! Treats dad like he’s her own father. Thanks to the entire staff!!!

We placed mom a year ago,June of 2022. We were so scared to make this transition but we had great support from the staff and we continue to get support. The staff in “The Neighborhood” are wonderful to all the residents. They take such good care of them with everything. Trust me we have visited other places and the residents in memory care are always kept clean and look content. My mom always tells me she is happy where she is. And that brings a smile to my face and calmness to my mind that mom is being loved and cared for like she was at home. We are grateful to all the staff.

10/10 I recommend! The revamp that this company has made has paid off in a huge way. I hear nothing but positive things about this company. Their director is knowledgeable, friendly, and inviting. If you want your loved ones in good care. Go here!

I had a tremendous experience with Sancerre. My mother had a horrible experience at another facility. She had only been there for 3 days and [name removed] helped me complete a rapid move to a warm, loving, familial environment at Sancerre of Palm Coast Florida. To whom we entrust those closest to us is of paramount importance and I highly recommend Sancerre Palm Coast!

Sancerre of Orange City is a community where their residents are priority. The caregivers and staff are wonderful. It is a safe environment for our family members with lots of activities that they can participate and keep them stimulated.

It's been 3 months since my sister has been in Memory Care at Sancerre. We chose Sancerre because it was close to us, very clean, a beautiful facility, had very friendly staff and was not over crowded. It's a hard decision and transition into this type of community. Everyone has been very welcoming and supportive. She is settling in and getting more comfortable every day.

Great mid-size community with staff that truly love what they do. Impeccably Clean, active environment with great dining . Very welcoming for family visits and new residents. I love watching the Facebook posts with all the fun events, holidays and smiling faces!

I feel like I can actually relax now that my mother is at Sancerre/Azure. She has been in 3 different communities: the first community she was not receiving her memory meds . A Doctor, a PA and both my sister and I gave them her meds list the moment we signed her up to live there.The second community was filthy, smelled of urine and had no set of standards or protocols for residents that were adhered to. Activities were few and never planned, residents were always in front of the tv. I am so very thankful for all employeesI have contact with at Sancerre.They are all probably very tired of me thanking them, but ,it is so nice to feel like my mother is part of a community that loves her. I would also like to mention [name removed], the Director of Memory Care facility. [name removed] is amazing and treats everyone there with respect and adoration. I truly believe she thinks of the residents as her own grandparents or parents. I can’t say enough great things about this facility.

This was my first visit to Assisted Living and was surprised on how nice the staff was upon entering the front desk was so friendly and helpful, residents were sitting in chairs and talking, and staff was interacting with them. Everyone had a smile on their face. I was provided with a beautiful tour from [name removed], and she showed me around to the building the rooms were so bright and cheerful; dining room was so welcoming. This building is top of my list where my dad will be moving.

Mother is living her best life. The facility is more than we could have hoped. Friendly staff, activities, meals. I cannot summarize our delight. This facility is the miracle place we have prayed for Mom.

Sancerre at Orange City is a clean, well kept community with a wonderful staff all around. They look out for their residents and ensure everyone is well cared for and enjoying life. The activities planned and executed always seem so enjoyable for the residents.

My mom has been a resident of Sancerre at Orange City for going on three years. She has been very happy that she picked this as her forever home. The staff is great and she feels happy that everyone likes her and there are a lot of things to do. You can't go wrong with this assisted living facility!

We are very involved with my sisters care and the management is very receptive to any concerns and involvement. We are happy there and I know they are working hard with new management to make Sancerre the best place in Palm Coast. This community treats us as family.

Wonderful people. This facility takes such great care of the residents. The building is clean and the food is amazing. I would definitely recommend the Gallery of Cape Coral for your love ones. Wonderful entertainment weekly.

the dining staff is very friendly and gives great service food is always hot and delicious thank you for all you do. the dining room is well presented and clean. I asked several residents how they are enying their meals and they said it is wonderful like a restaurant

It has a warm atmosphere and the staff is the best. I would highly recommend the Gallery. It is not just an assisted living facility, it is a community. The staff is attentive and caring. The management is responsive to all of your needs.

Everyone is so nice. They've become my family.
