Dad loves The Palms at Lake Spivey and says he no longer misses home. We find it to be well managed, clean and with plenty of activities for the residents. Dad was able to celebrate his 92nd Birthday there with family and friends. We would recommend the Palms to others

I would rate them a 5. The food was very good, my loved one could pick choices for every meal daily, menu changed every day but also had a few standard options. My loved ones room size was good, plenty of space for a double bed, recliner, small table and 2 chairs and a counter/kitchenette with cupboards, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was good size for a wheelchair with a walk in shower and drop down shower seat. The staff were very friendly and supportive. There were plenty of activities and outings for my loved one to attend.

I was welcomed by the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly and nice and caring. The room accommodations were very, very nice. The food was absolutely delicious, especially chef polls pumpkin pie. And the nursing staff was outstanding.

After seeing about 10 communities I decided this was for me. I am living here for[time frame removed]and I am satisfied

Everyone was very helpful and it was so nice to not have to stress over hunting down a place for my sister. I already have recommended them to others who are looking for a place for their loved one.

I toured the facility in September and found it bright and cheerful. There were paintings and artwork by residents on the walls. It was clean and the many residents were busy with activities or happily dining. The staff was hands on and visible, I have seen many and this residence deserves its many accolades.

my mom is a resident at Tuscany and i visit quite frequently. all i can say is that their care for their residents is top notch!!! definitely a family atmosphere. Very caring on every aspect- nurses, therapist, front desk, dining room staff. they are very pleasant and accommodating. Very clean place. I would definitely recommend this place.

Moving into the Palms has been a fascinating, and great learning experience for this chapter of my life. I have met so many wonderful people, from everywhere and I enjoy learning about everyone's background. I haven't had a chance to try every activity yet, but I'm slowly trying each one. The of every department are all kind, and take the time to extend to anyone when they can. Thank you for helping my family find this new home.

My Mom is not a resident there, but I wanted to give a shout-out to[name removed] and the entire staff at Fieldstone for being both personable and professional as Mom and I tour different communities planning for her ultimate move from her home. [name removed] was very thorough in her answers and explanations and patient sharing information with me that she had already shared with my Mom. Mom is very cold-natured and was cold while we were eating lunch - [name removed] went above and beyond to gift her a very cozy blanket which she kept wrapped around her during lunch and for the rest of the tour. All of the residents we encountered were very friendly and made a point of introducing themselves to us. We really appreciate all of the attention to detail and followup.

I am the son of a resident at the court at Palm Aire. For me the experience has been a 5. My interactions with staff have been positive. The food/dining experience was nice. The room size is perfect for my mother's needs. My mom is new to the community. She moved there one month ago. It takes time for her to warm up to new people and to feel sociable in a new place like this, but she feels safe and doesn't regret her move since she can keep to herself until she is ready.

What we like the most about the community is the friendly staff. It's a small more intimate community. It's very clean and my mom loves the food

The key to our opinion of The Neighborhood is its staff. The director of the memory care unit [name removed] an incredible job. She organizes multiple activities both for physical and mental stimulation. She makes the day creative and fun and is truly loved by both the clients and staff. Couple that with the dedicated caregivers [names removed] and a host of others are always there with kindness, concern and attention to needs. They also set the mood for the great meals and snacks that the clients enjoy. The nursing staff are outstanding. [names removed] and others follow closely the medicines required as well as special medical needs. The administrative staff of [names removed] are great help with the financial requirements as well as insurance paperwork. All in all we are extremely pleased with our choice for my wife and would recommend The Neighborhood.

From the initial tour to today (one month after move-in), the whole experience at Tuscany Villa of Naples has been very positive for everyone. The staff has gone above and beyond to make my parents feel at home. My parents love the meal selection, and they are very picky eaters.

My parents are very happy with the Remington. They enjoy the food and the social activities. The staff and residents are very friendly. They also love the location close to shopping, banks, the post office, and doctors.

I have been here for 8 months. The staff and the aide are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of activities and things to do if you care to participate. I am very happy niece.

I had always heard that Stratford was the best place "for Mom". I worked at the library and we regularly got residents from the Independent living area as well as the Assisted living facility, and they all spoke highly of Stratford. Now after seeing the place and interacting with the very helpful and friendly staff, I know from first hand experience that Stratford is the best in the area! The staff are always so helpful and I'm very thankful for all their help! And the place is always clean.

My parents moved into Tuscany Villa on [date removed], and ever since, they’ve been loving life! The difference in them is amazing, they’re so much happier and active now. There is always something going on to keep them engaged, and they really enjoy the variety of daily activities. I am so happy when I see them enjoying what Tuscany Villa has to offer! They never have to worry about cooking or shopping because there is breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily. The meals are delicious, we visit once in a while to have dinner or lunch with them, and the food is always great, there is plenty of variety on the menu too. The staff is honestly the best part! They’re so caring, friendly, and you can tell that they really love what they do. They’re always around and involved, which is so reassuring. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my parents are at Tuscany Villa, enjoying life and not having to worry about a thing!

I want to thank the team at 5 Star for all you gave to my Mom these last 8 years. A beautiful and safe quality of life filled with care and kindness. We lost Mom at 95 yrs, going peacefully. Mom found a group of friends with most of the residents, she was known for being very social and friendly. Thank you to management for always being available to partner with families. Thank you to the dining room/kitchen staff- who nourished her with humor, respect and hot soup and hot tea. All the waitstaff were her favorites and all treated Mom with love. Thank you to the Concierge staff for always making me feel welcome and at home, especially when I brought my dog [name removed]. They responded to phone calls and requests no matter how big or small. Thank you to the housekeeping and maintenance staff, for keeping 5 Star run 24/7 day. Always clean and inviting. Thank you to residential life, for all the active, educational and fun activities. We thank you for everything, with gratitude!

I recently moved my dad into Tuscany Villa. [name removed] and the team there made our transition so easy. We had a really difficult time getting my dad ready to move and [name removed] bent over backwards and did everything she could to help us out and prepare us. He's been there for about a month or so now and even though he misses his home, he really enjoys Tuscany. He loves the food there, which is great because he wasn't eating before. He's also making a lot of friends and he's doing more activities than he was living by himself. It's a really great place, I recommend it.
