I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My mom loves the community and is happy here. The staff are sending pictures and phone calls with updates at least once a week. The food could be improved for the residents.

It is a nice place to be if you're rich. The food is good, and they do have other options if you don't like a meal. Some of the activities that are available include music, games, and more for the residents to choose from.

The staff members are extremely friendly, they would be a 10 plus. They have activities all the time, we are always kept buys. The value for cost is better then good, and this community is in a perfect location in Kingswood, it is just beautiful.

We had a great first impression, we have only had positive things happen to our loved one so we know we made a good choice. We looked at a lot of different community, but this one just felt more like home and has exceeded our expectations so far. They have a lot of activities, and a great variety which we are pleased with. The value for cost is worth it and we would definitely recommend this community to others.

I have told lot of my friends that it is great. My mother is getting great care here, and I'm happy she is here. I can't speak highly enough of the community. The communication with the staff is immediate, we are able to text back and forth. They had a derby day, made crazy hats, and horse races for the Kentucky Derby. For Cinco De Mayo they had a huge celebration with a band so this was held outside to allow the residents not to panic during a evucation drill. The manager does everything right. The activities director is great! The care workers are kind and smile, overall they are amazing!

We toured this community and it was very nice. The staff was very friendly and they answered all of our questions.

Due to the covid restrictions we have not been able to get inside the community, but from our understanding the food seems to be pretty good. We would recommend the Heartis Longview community to others.

My husband has been at Arbor Oaks Terrace in Newberg since [date removed] after complications due to COVID-19 escalated his vascular dementia from low level to maximum. He was also admitted under hospice care. The care he has received at OAT has been more than I could ever imagine. The staff is so caring. I have not been able to visit him (plus he doesn’t recognize pictures of me), but staff sends pictures and videos of him to me. I know he is receiving much better care than I ever could give him at home. I’m so thankful for everyone who takes care of him.

Staff at A Place for Home found Arbor Oaks Terrace in Newberg for my husband. You couldn’t find a better place for a loved one. The staff and services are top notch. I don’t believe she could get better care anywhere.

Everybody was efficient and friendly. They paid attention and checked often that things were clean. They were responsive to my calls and questions. A few times they dropped the ball when my loved one had some unexpected things come up, but overall the care was good.

Their memory care was very, very good, with the variety of activities and the amount they provided. They dealt with Alzheimer's patients very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and a couple of them even gave me their cellphones numbers. They always called if something came up. The care was good overall, but when my loved one became incontinent, he needed to be changed more often. Overall I would recommend this community.

We chose The Inn at Los Patios because of the atmosphere, there are a lot of trees and a creek and it just feels very open and relaxing. A lot of others we visited only had views of other peoples backyards or roads, at The Inn it is tucked away kid of like a hidden jewel. Residents can take walks and there is just a lot of nature around here. The apartment sizes here seem to be a little more spacious compared to some others that we looked at. They also have a lot of variety on the floor plans, some were open and some were more closed off. Some had walk in showers, some had bathtubs. etc. The activities provided and availability for residents to have transportation has been great as well as the friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend to others who are looking.

The woman I spoke to on our tour was wonderful. My loved one simply needed more care than they could provide. But I had a very positive feeling about them, and the manager was amazing.

My step dad has been residing there over 1 1/2 years. He is happy which of course most important. I live in California and am very hands on with his care. I am there biweekly. It is nice to be confident in the care he is getting when I am not close. He he happy and doing well. He entered residence in hospice care. They said he had about 6 weeks. Due to great care his hospice nurse is amazed . Couldn’t not be happier

The community is extremely clean, the staff members are fabulous and the care services are fabulous. The director was fabulous about helping our loved one get in, we get weekly feedback and detailed reports every month about our loved ones health. They are extremely cautious with the covid protocols, they have not had one positive case between the staff members or residents. The activities director will send pictures of our loved one and they are truly amazing. It feels like a family.

The facility is in a great location, and it appears to be clean. The staff and administration are responsive, and I'm included in as much opportunity to interact with my loved one as is allowed right now due to CDC protocol. It's rough because I rely on them totally for taking care of my loved one during the pandemic. I haven't been able to go inside, nor see her room, except through the window. That being said, this is a good facility, and I'd put my loved one here again if I had to choose. This is the best care we've received so far.
