My loved one was previously a resident at Escalante at The Lakes for a respite stay and the experience was great! The staff was very attentive. My loved one enjoyed his time there. I only wish they had not changed their respite stay requirement to a minimum of thirty days. I can't take thirty days of continuous vacation!

The staff at Pine Ridge are kind and friendly. They made us feel at ease from the very first visit. It was an extremely easy move in process and my mom's room has been clean and well kept. My mom enjoys the food too, which is impressive since she used to be pretty picky. I would absolutely recommend Pine Ridge for loved ones with dementia.

My mom loved the staff and that this facility was close to home. The meals were lacking in ease for patients to eat and activities did seem to be far and few between

With the help from A Place for Mom… I went to The Greens to check it out. It’s a beautiful facility… not huge so you get that community feeling with the residents . The apartments are a nice comfortable size, clean and very accessible for all needs. There are interior courtyards off the rooms for casual lounging . The dining room service is top notch with customer service and food . A delicious healthy selection everyday off a menu. Activities are scheduled throughout the day to encourage socializing, brainwork and wholesome fun !! There are levels of care so you can customize assistance for your loved one. Staff are so friendly and it’s genuine . As a visitor and family member , the Greens atmosphere is very welcoming including activities that are held during the day . They have a Family Night in the dining room once a month which is a great way to celebrate and meet residents and staff . Pets are welcomed! A definite must to tour before making a final decision .

The Montecito memory care exceeded all my expectations. The front office staff was caring and professional. The care givers were so kind and helpful to my mom. The facility is beautiful and immaculate! The food was delicious. I shared a few meals with mom and wanted the recipes. I consider myself a bit “ picky” and I could find not fault with anything or anyone. The high standards are coming from the top all the way down. Extremely professional but also very loving. 5 stars across the board

It’s a nice place to live, they have a lot of variety of good food, there’s a nice back patio yard area that you can sit outside and enjoy the nice relaxing weather, they got lots of activities to do, I enjoy doing puzzles all day long. The people here are really nice, care staff is very helpful and friendly.

This place is wonderful. Every time we come to visit our family member we are greeted with warmth and smiles....they are genuine. This has been a huge improvement from the last facility we had her at. She is happy now and that's what matters to us. Thank you to the courte staff. You are making a difference.

I am very pleased with the care and service that is provided to my grandfather. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The community is great and I would recommend a friends loved one here. Ten out of ten stars for me

Laurel Glen has been very instrumental in helping my mother navigate living independently. She’s engaged in the daily activities that the staff has planned. We’re kept updated on the changes in the community. So far we’ve been pleased with the management team & staff at Laurel Glen.

I love the community . Its beautiful . The employees are so nice especially the kitchen staff . They helped my mom so much . My mom loves it . She gets all the care and love she needs from them . They’re amazing !!

My loved one is currently a resident at The Auberge at Aspen Park. Communication with the family is good. The housekeeping is also good. I would recommend this facility to others. Especially for Parkinson's patients because their in house doctor is very good with Parkinson's patients.

My family is so overwhelmed with gratitude with how amazing The Courte has been with our Grandma! We were really worried about moving her into a memory care but she is very happy and doing so well. It's a gorgeous place and the staff have been so good to her/us.

Mom didn’t want to be “in a home”. Her experience at arbor oaks has been a great one. She is busy with the activities and enjoys the food and company. She’s a lot less lonely and I’m MUCH LESS WORRIED. My mom loves the staff and they bring her extra marshmallows with her hot cocoa even when they don’t know that I’m coming to see her.

I had a phone call with one of the employees last week, and I must say, I was pretty impressed with their support and eagerness to help. The last time I asked for help in April, I didn't get much clarity. But this time around, the front desk was on it and got me in touch with a young guy named [name removed]. I'm currently in the research stage, but they left me with high hopes for my mother. When I'm ready to start touring, I'll contact them for assistance.

The staff is friendly and helped my mom feel comfortable. The communication with the family was poor. I had to call to speak with the director when I wanted information. Housekeeping was okay. The move in process was okay. Not much help from staff. The meals were good. I would not recommend this place if your loved one needs more care. They do not live up to the things promised.

I visited a wonderful friend at this facility. She told me how much fun it was here and the staff was great . While there she introduced me to Director [name removed].She was very nice and very informative. Thanks for a great visit .

I've been in senior living for 19 years and recently had the pleasure of visiting The Greens. It is a beautiful community and the activities and food are amazing. I recommend them for anyone looking for assisted living or memory care in the St. Augustine area. I previously worked with the Executive Director, [name removed] and she really loves her residents and strives to provide the best care and services possible for all of them. Her knowledge of senior living and dementia care is unparalleled and she is always seeking education, even in her spare time.

My loved one was a resident at Callaway Gardens and it was a great experience. We were very glad that we chose to move him prior to his final decline. Their staff was extremely well trained, they had more RN's on staff and the support, care and service that they provided was extremely helpful as dad declined and ultimately passed.

You can feel the welcoming vibes as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone is very attentive and willing to listen to any concerns and develop a sound resolution for your loved one. The food is fantastic and there are lots of activities to attend to have fun and socialize. The layout of the building was well thought out for interacting and enjoying the outdoors as well! If you are looking for a great place for your loved one to thrive please put the Greens at the top of your list to visit!!

I recently visited a friend who lives here and found this place to be beautiful and well run. The staff members are very friendly, kind and compassionate. When I retire, l may have to consider a move to Florida so they can care for me!
