Honestly everything is excellent! We do not have one complaint! My mom is so very happy! She has so much room it truly feels like an apartment. It is just down the road from the main road in mt Juliet/providence and close to her doctors.

What has impressed me the most is Barton House's communication with me. They are on top of things, and [name removed], my wife, is receiving first-rate care. [name removed], the Executive Director, is knowledgeable and caring (as are the staff and nurses), and I rest comfortably knowing that [name removed] is secure, well-fed, and well-cared for. She’s been there since October, 2024, and I have nothing but complimentary things to say.

Clean and friendly always checking in my my parent. Yes, we would recommend Rutland Place Senior Living to other families based on the experience so far.

The director actively manages and is involved with the staff and care. The staff are encouraging and accommodating to the patients. I get frequent feedback on my mom's condition and activities from individual staff members. They take good care of my mom's hygiene, etc.

My mother is having a good experience here. The director is remarkable and will pitch in to work in every position to make the residents happy. I’ve seen her work the kitchen, dining room, and the floor in addition to her real job here. I thank God for her every day! The staff loves my mother and they try to please her each day. I can only say what Mom tells us. She has no complaints in any of those categories. She loves the choices in food. The location is great. Near Providence Mall, tons of shopping and restaurants. She has an efficiency but everything fits fine.

1. Great experience with our lived on. People were nice and always willing to help 2. Would always been cleaned or in the process of being cleaned when we would visit which was on average every other day 3. All staff was friendly always spoke and communicated well 4. The care team was attentive to our loved ones needs. They would alert us if there were any changes or if she needed anything 5. Phenomenal great communication and was always a phone call or text away 6. We didn't eat the food but our loved one liked it they accommodated her diet when needed 7. We participated in music class and physical activities with our loved one the staff kept the residents involved 8. We paid for a facility that was way more money and they did a lot less. Even though this is a smaller older community. It is amazing and it feels like a family atmosphere

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

I would absolutely recommend Provide Place. The staff are long term and excellent, they made my Dad feel welcome immediately. I hope others find their way here.

The Staff from senior management to the cafeteria is top notch.

I love the place & so does [name removed]The workers made to point to make him feel good. They were friendly & he liked that. It took a week or more for him to adjust that I would be back. I still tell him by and I'll be back. You can tell that he likes them all. The food is good and he takes his meds for them.

I would suggest that folk's visit several places before deciding. I chose Barton House because it seemed to fit my husband's personality. Relaxed, loving and not for profit.

Very friendly staff and residents. The cook is great! Apartment sizes are well arranged, good choices, activities good as well.

Although my mother has only been at Providence Place a short time, we have enjoyed a great experience. The staff makes it stand out from bottom to top. The most caring people that have made my mother feel comfortable and at home from the very beginning. My mother is very content with the facility, food, and caregivers. I would recommend Providence Place 10 out of 10 with our experience.

At Rutland Place, they have warm and friendly staff and are very accommodating. The people there seem happy and sociable. It has a positive vibe. I would give them all 5s except my parents complain once in awhile about the food but I've had it and think it's good.

All everything is is is top notch. The food could be better other than that everything was great. The place made my folks feel at home. The management and staff were very approachable and attentive. The screened in porch was something my folks really enjoyed. They kept the family up to date on things going on with them.

It's truly been a lifesaver for our family. We picked them because; 1) They took my brother at age 54 when others wouldn't and 2)[name removed], our main POC. She was outstanding and fabulous both before and after the move-in.

First of all [name removed] is an absolute angel, no matter the problem she always has time to talk to you. The ladies in memory Care are wonderful, it takes really special people to that kind of job and they all seem to have their heart in it. The has a very homy and welcoming environment. I would recommend this place very highly.

Rutland Place has been the perfect choice for my mom. She is extremely happy with her experience there.
