We are very pleased with the services and care provided thus far. There is one obstacle that we are tying to overcome regarding the forms for VA for Veterans Spousal Pension. Windward will only provide their "in house" form outlining the care they provide & will not complete the simpler form requested by the VA. This has caused a delay in processing and if not resolved would create a need for us to move my mom elsewhere due to costs if the forms cannot be submitted to VA using what Windward has provided. It seems like a simple request but it has been refused on two occasions. (Once with daughter of resident and once with VA benefits coordinator assigned to the case)

The staff is wonderful and caring. Everyone is friendly, and it's clean. I would recommend Prestige Assisted Living At Mirna Loma. Residents appeared to be happy and very proud of there facility.

We placed mom here a couple of years ago. This was convenient for the family to get to. We liked the dining room and they were big and clean. They had changed ownership and have done improvements since we have been there.

They are extremely friendly, have great activities, good at putting people together when your new to make friends easier, nice apartment sizes, they include a security wrist band which was needed one day when gram fell into the closet, food is good but rotate same meals so residents get bored with the food so they have made multiple changes by bringing in ethnic foods, new silverware, the menu has good variety. They have replaced the carpet with new and have put in new hard wood floors. Bathrooms were spacious but not well equipped in the tub/shower area as the seats are in the corners when they should be placed in the center more to people who really need to sit while showering. She did not like the girls that help out as they were not reliable and sometimes did not show up at all. They place new people together in the dining area every night to meet new people.

It's a clean place, and the staff is friendly. It took about a week to get a work order for a light bulb to be changed. So maintenance has been a little slow. The linen service is prompt and they do a good job. There are some nice activities there. They do have transportation available for appointments. The food I would give a four, we were very impressed when we ate there at first. Though we have had a meal that was just okay. I feel like they have a good variety of menus and salad bar. It looks good to me.

On the whole it has satisfied my needs.

We weren't here very long, my loved one passed away shortly after we moved in. It did seem very clean when we were there, and I don't think that we ever had any concern over lack of care, or anything like that. I think they did a good job.

Hospitality model. Luxurious for independent living. Similar to Horizon Bay in that they people requiring nursing care will not be able to stay. Has a Memory Care unit, but again, cannot offer nursing services.

My 94 year old father is in here. He loves his new home, and I am very happy with it. They have many activities and you can be as active as you want to be. Love the friendliness of all the people and staff. Great place to live

Very good so far. There were a few things that disappointed. I felt that they would have seen her a little bit more. I know they are a Independent living community but it is small and she has Dementia. A little less helpful than I though it would have been. I am quite Happy overall with everything else. Worth the value

We looked here as we were touring. It was a very nice place. I think it was just way to big for my mom. She really didn't need so much space, and would have been a little overwhelmed I think. It's very nice, and the people are nice, it just wasn't a good fit for us.

The thing I would most commend Elmcroft of Tempe for is that they were extremely compassionate about our situation, and at many levels everyone has been exceptional in the transition. They were trying to be there for me in every way they could. I think their food is just so-so. Although I admit my dad can be a real picky eater. I went to fifteen different places and investigated them intently, analyzing them on a spreadsheet, and I have to say, Elmcroft really stood out and stepped up for me.

Our loved one was only here for a brief time, but overall I think they did a good job at Sedgwick Plaza. It was a nice looking, well kept place, and the staff all seemed very friendly. They are worth a look if you are looking into senior care in the area!

A friendly and caring staff

Things have gone well at Town Village! It's a nice looking, clean place, and everyone here seems very friendly. The only issue we've had so far is that the maintenance staff can be a bit slow responding to issues or requests. But overall it is a nice place, and we would recommend it to those looking in the area.

The Brookdale Peoria is a great place. It has some areas that need improvement, but overall, I would say, it's a great place. Location is convenient and staff is friendly and caring. Place is well kept and clean. Overall, we are happy with the facility and services.

Mom lives here now and we love it! Great Family atmosphere and management company.

I've been extremely happy with Sterling House. My mom is adjusting well. Staff is very friendly, very responsive, and caring. My mom's personal care assistant is very patient and attentive. The facility is very clean, and well maintained. Any minor concerns we've ever had, they tend to them immediately to resolve any issues. Overall I'm satisfied with the services, and I would highly recommend this facility to others.

The building was beautiful and the apartments seem lovely and functional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of activities and amenities to keep seniors fit. Heck, I want to move in and I'm not yet 40! My only complaint is that some of the social rooms seemed small, but I missed the movie theater which looks big in the picture.
