Everyone is pretty nice. Like everywhere they promise things, and they didn't happen or won't be fixed. The lunch service is a mess. There are not enough competent staff members to help out. Some have quit. The menu is kind of repetitious, but it's probably hard to come up with food most everyone will eat. Some of it is very salty which was surprising. They do have several choices for outings so that is nice. It's kept topically clean, but their room was not clean when they moved in. It's ok. It's fine. It's not fantastic . It's affordable.

The biggest issue is I think my dad probably required more care than the level they put him at. They put him at a level two, and he had a lot of trouble getting his medication. We pulled him out of there for that reason. A lot of things were out of commission due to the hurricane, so it's hard to judge everything else like the dining experience and activities.

My loved one thinks the food is okay, it's satisfactory. With comparing other places, the value for the money is good. They have been very friendly, and willing to help solve any problems. The communication, with the billing could be improved. Other than that, everything else has been fine, and it has been a good experience.

I like that this facility is newer and in good shape. I also like that my mom participates in the activities and has made friends. I have and will continue to recommend this facility to friends and family.

The meals are server with beer or wine. It was further from family than I wanted. They have a modest outdoor pool and there aren't much else to the grounds.

There should be more transparency with costs, available option, and staff credentials. Who is the staff and what's their position? The staff is quick to respond to requests and accommodating last minute requests.

this community is well run, welcoming and lovely. Residents are friendly - employees caring and well trained. Our needs are happily met. We have so few complaints they are not worth mentioning. The entire facility is geared to the happiness of the residents. We are so happy to be here

Besides being an older building and things needing to be updated the overall quality with 5 when we interviewed and signed my mom up. I think they've had some staffing change in the kitchen and are probably having a hard time getting servers. Getting them trained up to speed as well. Residents are having to wait long time for their meals, don't get what they ordered and are getting smaller portions than they used to get. The food was one of the reasons why we moved her there but not the only.

We picked this community because, I was impressed by the look as wells as the sales person. The residents were friendly. They have struggled with care givers and med techs. The care that they are providing is not what was promised. I am interested to see the changes in the near future.

Nighttime staff doesn't follow through with checking on residents. Food for the elderly shouldn't be spicy. The chef in the kitchen doesn't like anyone and reflects on the staff. I suggest respect and empathy.

I would recommend you check the community out to see if it is the right fit for your loved one. There are three meals as day served and the residents have choices to choose from. The community also serves snacks. Some of the activities available are: arts and crafts, music, bingo, and more for the residents to participate in. The staff are really good with the care of the residents.

Brookdale is currently short staffed and the assisted living team is stretched thin. Hopefully this will get corrected. I want to stress, I do believe that Brookdale is doing their best given the difficulty in recruiting staff members.

Overall we love Celebration Villa, it's great and my mom is thrilled to be there. She cried when we told her we were going to look into places, but she absolutely loves it. It's a beautiful facility with lots of amenities and lots to do. Overall, we're thrilled. They could improve on the food, as it was over sold. They said they have a 5 star chef and I find it hard to believe that there's a 5 star chef cooking this food. It's decent food, but that's the biggest complaint with my mom and her friends. It's institutional food, and it could be ratcheted up a little. I would recommend Celebration Village Forsyth to others! A Place for Mom: my Senior Living Advisor, [name removed], was amazing!

This facility is the right place for my mom right now. She's had no complaints. They keep the facility clean. Housekeeping is weekly and they do a good job. The food is good, it's good quality and variety. Communication with the family is good. One suggestion I have is better communication with what they have to offer like transportation and in house services. Even if they don't offer some of the needed services, a list of resources in the area for needs would be very helpful. Overall, I would recommend them to friends and family.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. This has overall been a good experience for us. The staff have been receptive to feedback from the family. Any of your concerns need to go to the top, as they aren't listening at the lower levels. The housekeeping could be getting done on a more regular basis without having to ask. They have been a little short staffed, like a lot of places are currently. The portions of food are on the smaller side. They have a special menu and then an everyday meal. The big meal is at lunch, and it would be nice to see a sandwich option available everyday for the residents to choose. They have lots of activities available for the residents to participate in, if they want. Bingo, art, music, movies, happy hours, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from.

As with most places, most of the staff is great. There has not been a ton of communication from them, but I have gotten a lot from one gal and she has been wonderful. My mom is a smoker and they have been very patient with her. Overall we have been pleased and would recommend Sedgwick Plaza to others.

We had a great first impression with Inspirations, the community is very nice and the staff were very friendly. Our loved one was not there for to long but they did have good activities going on f

Our tour at The Shores at Clearlake was really good. They seemed equivalent to the place we chose and are happy with. Location was the determining factor for our decision.
