[Name removed] provided an in depth tour. We did focus on Studio living units due to budget constraints. However we also saw a one bedroom just in case. [Name removed] introduced Mother to several residents in her age bracket. That was so wise because my mom could see there were others her age enjoying their new life and each other. Forest Pines is located in a very quiet area yet so close to the Trenholm and Forest Dr. This part of Columbia offers so much. It would make visits enjoyable.

Efficient and friendly management. Good food and timely served. Many activities something for everyone including day trips to various and diverse locations like monthly trip to casino and Oregon coast for seafood lunch. Light housekeeping weekly included in rent. We also have a 1/3 mile walking path around the lake. Exercise room with many air controlled pieces of equipment. Try it, you will like it!

The management and staff are compassionate and will do their utmost to make us comfortable. We are all in the process of fantastic renovations. Come see for yourself! You will be pleased!

I am so very pleased with my decision to live at Pinegate. My plans are to remain here for as long as my body permits. [Name removed] as well as [name removed] are excellent!!! All employees are easy to get along with and are very helpful. The food is also acceptable. I can always find something from the menu that I am content with. Transportation as needed is great.

I lived at Pinegate Retirement. I enjoy the "out of doors," the landscape is very nice. I enjoy living here. I enjoy me apartment here at Pinegate. It is nice to be among the residents, you are never alone! Inside is all new and quite lovely. We are proud of all the new paintings and furnishings as well as new floors.

The staff of the retirement home is great. We have not encountered not one person with a bad attitude. Everything we have asked for has been done. We would recommend this to anyone - my mom has been completely satisfied after moving from a small town for 91 years. It has been a blessing for the family.

I moved here at 90 years of age from another town. My children live in Macon and I needed help after living in my home until now. Pinegate was my choice and I feel right at home now. [Name removed] goes above and beyond as well as [name removed] and all the employees. I have no complaints. I am at my new home!

I recently went on a tour of the Manor at woodside in Poughkeepsie New York, with a friend looking for a home for her mother. This facility ,unlike the others in the area ,stood out almost immediately upon arrival. We were greeted right away with smiles and lively residents . As our tour started you could see the many activities the residents can embark on. My Friends Mother was shy at first but the lovely residents at the manor made sure she felt at home while dining in their restaurant style dining hall.

Staff was so helpful. Residents were great, very welcoming environment, clean as a whistle, just fantastic!

I enjoyed living in this community but they need to work on their housekeeping. The housekeepers, you have to remind them to do there jobs. Common areas are normally dusty! Loved living here great people & everyone is very friendly but does need some work.

They have a very welcoming staff, they made themselves available whenever we went there, and they made sure they were there to take us around. It seemed to be a very active and vibrant type of community.

I toured the facility with my dad and we loved it. We were met by the manager and shown around the facility. We sat and had lunch with two of the residents who had great things to say the place. We looked at some other places but were sold on Rolling Hills Ranch. Unfortunately do some health issues for my dad, we were not able to move him in. I would recommend it for anyone that is looking.

My mother lives at Rolling Hills Ranch and loves it. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure everything is great. I feel very good about having my mom somewhere clean and safe.

My parent has lived at this community for the past couple of years and loves it! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are well looked after and happy. We toured many communities and this really has that "family" feel. Food is great, many activities offered, and a positive environment.

I visited this community today. There are a wide variety of residents so it feels like no one stands out. [Name removed] was Very helpful in answering all my questions. The GM there was very friendly and knew everyone by name and their likes and dislikes. Food was delicious. I would recommend

My mother and I toured the Essex House in October, 2018. She loved it, but was hesitant to leave her home. She finally agreed to move in. She's been living at the Essex House since early 2019, and it's been wonderful. Mom has three chef-prepared meals every day, and there are numerous choices daily. Mom loves to play bingo and there are several opportunities weekly. Every day there are activities. The residents love to sit outside - the grounds are lovely. The staff treat the residents like family. My mother absolutely loves one staff member in particular, she even tells her I love you! My family and I feel better knowing she's taken care of, doesn't have to cook, can mingle and chat with her friends and enjoy her day to day living stress free. She's embracing her new life at the Essex House and I couldn't be happier for her !

A well kept secret. It is like a beautiful resort. Residents very friendly and welcoming. Staff love what they do. Everyone stepped up to welcome my husband and myself. Very knowledgeable managers. They made me know that they really cared. First on my list.
