Beautiful building, all private rooms, no shared bathrooms. Priced very reasonably. Will definitely consider this home.

This is a great place. They have been doing outdoor concerts during COVID. The residents are starting to get the dining room back for smaller activities. My loved one is in a studio room/apartment and it is about 400 sq feet. A bathroom and kitchenette are included, along with a balcony.

Fleming Point is a absolutely beautiful place. The staff are all very caring as well as you can see how hard everyone works to make the place the way it is. From the beginning when you walk in, it feels like home. There a large staircase that makes you feel like you are on a cruise. Next, the food is awesome served hot as there are multiple items to choose from. Last there are always residents participating in activities. Would HIGHLY recommend Fleming Point to a love one.

I just helped my neighbor move into Fleming Point. I can't believe how beautiful this community is. They made the couple I was helping so welcomed. They were all very attentive and accommodating to their needs. They had cookies and coffee waiting for us in the apartment when we came and offered us all lunch. The food was very good. The apartment was exceptionally clean and everything was ready for them to just move in. I left knowing they would be ok. Even a resident that was walking down the hall stopped by to welcome them. I would definitely recommend!

I'm home! My apartment is clean, comfortable, and the food is good. We're across the street from a mall. The shipping is convenient and restaurants abound. Lots of nice people here and management have kept us 100% safe during the COVID-19 season so far.

I would highly recommend our retirement home as an easy place to adjust to, with a top-notch staff to serve, protect, and support all the residents. Our retirement home was one of the first places to close down when the quarantine started. We are allowed to participate in small resident group activities with social distancing and wearing masks. Great outdoor scenery for walking.

I love the staff and residents. I enjoy the activities and the beautiful library. I have made many friends. It's a great place to live.

I went to visit my aunt at Fleming Point. I was taken back by the appearance when I came through the doors. It is not at all what I thought it would look like. So beautiful and so clean. My parents had moved my aunt from another community where she was not happy. Even with the COVID 19 going on you could feel the love and happiness when you came in. I was greeted when I came in, in the hallway and even when I was going back downstairs by two different residents, My aunt was scared to move but is so happy with her apartment and surroundings. I really don't see any negatives. The grounds are beautiful and the sidewalks are very well kept. I saw residents out walking. They all seemed so happy. I left feeling so good know my aunt was safe and finally happy.

I moved 1.5 years ago. It is a good community with lots of activities and the employees are very good to us. The pandemic has caused problems but we get good care. We have daily devotion church on Sunday. Have many Christian friends hear also, they keep you busy if you want to!!

I could never find words adequate enough thank you all for what you have been and what what you are doing to keep us safe and well-fed during this health crisis. We'll all be happy to see this virus contained, but I, for one, appreciate the contribution you all make to ensure our safety and well-being. You make me feel very fortunate to be here!

I've been restricted due to the pandemic. The activities are restricted to 5 people. I would recommend it. I think the overall management is very friendly and has impressed me. The room is very nice, and I have an apartment. We have been able to do what we want to make them comfortable for us. We are satisfied with the room.

We chose Maple Suits because it was close to where my in laws summer house is as well as some of their doctors are in the area. We were in a time crunch and they had a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment which is what they needed. The apartments are nice size, they also have a balcony. In general they do like the food, we have eaten here a couple of times and they do a nice job with the food, they serve restaurant style. They have someone who does haircuts as well. Staff members seem very helpful if you need something. If my in laws were to need more care, they are able to arrange that. There seems to be activities going on all the time. I would recommend this community.

Excellent admissions lady. Knowledgeable and helpful and compassionate! Grounds and apartments are beautiful and well maintained. Looking forward to moving in.

Dear [name removed]- I just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you. I will always remember the patience and understanding you showed during our tours and visits at Devonshire Estates. Although I'm sure my mother would have loved the building and apartments that she saw anyway, it was also your personality and the friendly staff that really helped sell her on wanting to live at Devonshire. At my mother's advanced age of 87, I didn't think the transition from her living in her Florida condominium would be easy, but it turned out to be a snap because she was so looking forward to moving into her new apartment at Devonshire. Whenever anyone asks her how she likes living there her response is an enthusiastic "I love it". I also wanted to thank you and the staff for keeping an eye on her during her first weeks residing at Devonshire. She has already met some wonderful people and enjoys the activities. Most of all I know that she is surrounded by caring people and a very responsive staff. Considering the restrictions that the virus has placed on all of us, I feel secure in knowing that Devonshire's staff takes the virus seriously and follows safety and health protocols to keep the residents as safe as possible.

Staff really cares. Good management. Clean.
