I just recently moved my father into Creekside Terrace about 2 months ago and i have had only the most amazing interactions with all the staff! They are all incredibly kind, patient, loving, caring and helpful. The General Manager is a true angel, as are all the staff members, from sales to house cleaning to maintenance and front desk. They have gone above and beyond to help me from across the country and they have all been beyond loving, patient and helpful with my father. I cannot thank them enough for giving me the peace of mind that my father is in good hands and in the best place! Thank you!!

My dad moved in to the Gardens in 2019 and really enjoys living there. The apartments are lovely and spacious, but the thing that sets the place apart is the staff. [name removed] is such a warm and friendly person. She truly cares about the residents. She is always there with a smile and a helping hand when needed. I'm hoping my dad can stay a long time. With the onsite gym, dining room and Legacy health care based on site all my dads needs can be met.

I took a tour here in August 2024 and really liked the place. I met some of the residents and they were very nice. The staff from the administration to the house keepers are professional and very knowledgeable. The administration is very helpful and go out of their way to assist us residents and answer any questions we may have.

Very professional and friendly staff and management. They always have activities that they help the residence participate in. Personal care an attention is compassionate. The last place my mother stayed at she never smiled and talked about going home. I decided moved her to Maidencreek. She now smiles all the time and no mention of going home.

My mother moved to Holiday Gardens two months ago and she is very happy there. When I first toured the place, I noticed how friendly and happy the residents were. Then I brought my mother there and she noticed it, too. The residents genuinely like living there. The staff is very responsive to concerns and care about the residents. This was a good move for my mother.

My mother is at Willowbrook and we couldn’t be happier with her care. The staff functions as a kind and caring team. The aides treat my mother with respect and dignity. The facility is very clean and maintenance issues are handled promptly. The activity director is AMAZING and loved by all! The administration and nursing leadership is very approachable and helpful!

The staff is very attentive to the residents and treats them like family. They all pitch in and help out. The staff cares about all of their residents. The single room size is a nice size and very adequate, there's a large closet and a dresser large enough for all their clothes.

The staff is very friendly and works on keeping everyone involved. They have monthly meeting with the residents plus keeps love ones involved. They have events for both love ones and residents to attend together.

I highly recommend the Reserve at Citrus. My mom's caregivers were top notch!!

I am well pleased with the facility. The activity director is fantastic. She keeps the residents busy with activities and trips. The staff interact with the residents and my husband enjoys their attention. The staff seem to get along well with each other and work hard to meet the needs of the residents. The facility got new management last year and new staff. It has made quite a difference in my opinion. My only complaint is the laundry being put in various places but I’m sure my husband is responsible for the problem. I’m sure the staff do the best they can. I wish I could eliminate the smell in his room. The main areas are decorated beautifully for the seasons and the resident's work.

I would rate all a 5. Mom is very happy with everything. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. My sister and myself are very happy knowing that mom is in a great place.

Having lived at Cedar Woods for over two years, I can confidently say it feels like home. The community here is truly amazing everyone is friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere that makes daily life enjoyable. The kitchen staff consistently provide delicious meals, and the office staff is always ready to assist with any questions or needs I have. Their helpfulness really enhances the experience of living here. I've made countless friends during my time here, and the sense of camaraderie is unmatched. I appreciate the opportunities to engage in activities like setting up mass with Father Michael and participating in the garden club, which allows me to express my love for gardening. Additionally, I enjoy having the freedom to furnish my apartment as I like, and it’s great to have my plants with me. My bingo team adds to the fun and sense of community. Overall, I feel truly happy and blessed to call Cedar Woods my home

The staff are extremely caring and helpful. As far as the food goes, I think they need to have more balanced meals. More vegetables and salads. I would recommend The Rutherford to other families looking for assisted living.

5 stars for all! Amity Place is a great place, especially if you're in need of a short-term, respite stay. The minimum for a respite stay at the facility is 2 weeks.

I've been a resident at Cedar Woods for a month, and I absolutely love living here! The staff is wonderful and very accommodating, and the residents are incredibly friendly. I adore my apartment, and the breakfast here is amazing! I would highly recommend Cedar Woods to anyone looking for a great place to live

I love The Garden and the staff. Very homey, [name removed] and [name removed] were very helpful in fact I was pleased with the staff and nurses on all shifts. I would recommend The Gardens at Cuyahoga Falls to others looking.

Milford Place is a nice setting. It looks like a small village. Everyone there is friendly and helpful.

This community is beautiful and the staff is engaging. It is a must see with the lake directly behind the community. What a view!!! The residents are out and about which is nice to see. The building is so bright and cheerful. I liked the activities calendar and the fact that the dining director is a real chef. The menu is really good. My mom complains about food in restaurants and has NEVER said anything negative about the food at Auburn Hill. That is a BIG deal. My mom has been in their memory care for 18 months and is very happy.

Willowbrook Place took excellent care of my Mother. I cannot say enough good things about how capable and kind they were. I would recommend this community to other families and I have already.

Based on a recommendation from “A Place for Mom” I recently had the opportunity to take a tour of Cedar Woods senior living community in Branford. I found it to be one of the very best. The apartments were roomy, light and airy and the amenities were plentiful. I would highly recommend this community and I would highly recommend “A Place for Mom”, as they are so very helpful!
