Every time I come into the building, I am always greeted in a friendly way. I volunteer in activities and everyone in the whole building is friendly towards me and each other. When in the building I always see that everything is safe and clean. It is a place that I love coming to and makes me happy to volunteer because the residence are always happy. Mainly because they are well taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new home for a loved one for themselves.

I love living here at Watermere! I am grateful that my prayers were answered when I moved into my beautiful apartment three years ago at Watermere at Woodland Lakes! A caring staff, delicious meals, fun activities , and the best of neighbors make this my forever home.

After my mom passed away, we thought it would be a good idea for my dad to downsize to an over 55 community. Dad toured Watermere and signed a lease the following day. This has been an incredible blessing for him. The Watermere community offers so many opportunities for social interactions with other residents, and the amenities, including transportation to doctor appointments, grocery stores, department stores, etc. means that it isn’t necessary for any of the residents to need a vehicle. What my family and I really love about Watermere is the amazing service from management. It does not matter how large or small the need, the management team treats every request as an important priority. We never question whether or not dad is in great hands. This provides us with a great sense of security. Thank you Watermere, and especially [name removed] , for all that you do for dad.

I have lived at Watermere for over 2 years. I love it. I am living my best life at 84. I love my beautiful one bedroom apartment that is just perfect for me. Watermere offers so very much to make my life ideal. I have activities available. In fact, there are so many options, I find it hard to decide which one I want to do each day. We have driver, [name removed], that will take us to events, doctors appointments, and the grocery store. I still drive, but it is nice to know I have [name removed] when I have to give up driving. Our director, [name removed], is the best. She, actually, loves us and we love her back. If you don’t come and check us out, you will have missed a great opportunity. I liked it so much on my first visit, I signed a lease.. I am so happy I made that decision. Come see me and have lunch with me. You will love Watermere.

My experience here is nothing short but excellence here at the The Landing. The staff here is friendly, the cooks are amazing, and the Director here is always on top of here game and is always helpful with everyone.

This team goes above and beyond ! My loved one is so happy ! The activities are amazing . They love and care I see from this team fills my heart . The smiles on the residents face says it all ! Food is amazing

I toured the community and thought that the grounds were well-kept, beautiful, layout design of the apartment was perfect and the staff was extremely friendly. I liked that there’s several different options and levels for care and it’s a beautiful place for my parents to call home!

During the winter storm in 2021 we had some flooding because of pipes that broke - but that happened in a lot of places!. But since that time we have not had any issues! The maintenance team and on-site staff are very attentive and responsive

I toured this facility and loved it. There is great resident interaction and lots of activities with a higher number of care options. It feels like an extension of the independent living community next door.

Had a pipe burst during the winter storm, but repairs were made very quickly and staff was very helpful and responsive. Although it was frustrating, it was great peace of mind that everything was fixed quickly with constant support of the on-site maintenance staff

Watercrest at Shadow Creek Ranch. is an amazing senior facility!! The staff truly cares about the residents and go above and behind to make sure the my feel comfortable. The facility is very clean and food is excellent!!!

I would just like to give my praise to Watermere at Woodland Lakes for giving my grandparents such a loving and caring communication. After visiting my grandparents it was great to see how loving and patient the team was towards them. And when trying to look for information on their website, Facebook page or calling to ask a team member, they were absolutely helpful and patient!

Watercrest has been the top option for senior living in this area since it opened. I have seen the other options that are out there families, and none of them even come close to offering the amenities, lifestyle, and value that Watercrest does.

I’ve recently been looking for a more skilled memory care community for my dad in the San Antonio area. My dad is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and finding a memory care that I really trust has been hard. This isn’t an easy transition for my family and I but I stubbled upon Landing at Stone Oak from just Googling different communities and I’m so glad I did. Their website was informative and easy to navigate. I was impressed with their 24/7 nursing and their “Montessori-Based Philosophy” that encourages all interests and preferences. When I called, the staff was understanding and informative. I felt the staff really had me and my family’s and most importantly, my father’s interest at heart.

I'm truly impressed with this facility, the building is beautiful. There are a lot of great activities all throughout the week and wonderful services including salon services. Staff is very caring as well!

Such a beautiful community, well kept, clean, maintenance free apartment home, where mom or dad can call home! Staff is friendly, there’s several fun resident activities and therapy services on site too! Also has a beautiful dining room and offers a well rounded food menu! Lots of other great amenities too!
