We had a wonderful tour experience with The Landing. I really liked the woman who we spoke with who showed us around, we felt that she really listened to us. We got to meet some of the residents as well during the tour. We did not end up going with this facility because it was more money for less services.

Watermere at Woodland Lakes is a lovely facility and they gave me a great tour experience. The only downfall was they provided one meal a day which was breakfast, I was looking for someplace that served at least two or three meals per day. The location was also a little further than I would have liked, but it looked like a great place to be.

This was a beautiful community and a lot of nice people. This community just did not fit my loved ones budget.

I would tell others this has been a great experience for me. I am comfortable here as well. They are friendly, considerate and helpful here towards the residents. Some of the activities they have available include Mass, church services, bingo, happy hour, and more for the residents to choose from.

I would highly recommend you move to Watermere at Woodland Lakes. The community gives the feeling of living at a five-star hotel with the expense of a normal apartment building. The staff are quick to respond to questions, concerns, or requests for maintenance. Movie theater, poker night, restaurant night, holiday celebrations, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to choose from.

I loved Isle at Watercrest, this is where I wish my loved ones went but the decision was not up to me. The facility was very clean and organized and I loved their memory care unit. The director ran things well and was on the ball about everything. It seemed like a great place to have your loved one.

Watercrest at Shadow Creek Ranch was the first place we looked into and we went with them because our first impression of them was that it is a very nice facility. There are a couple drawbacks such as they serve things that we cannot have so that is disappointing so I mostly cook inside the room. There is also no washer and dryer in our unit. The cost is very reasonable compared to others that we looked into. We are very comfortable here.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a good tour, this was a close second choice.

The people giving the tour were amazing. The facility is absolutely beautiful. It does feel more hotel-like and that is not what my sister was looking for so it was not the right fit.

Everything has been good. Mom likes it here, and she's gone to a couple of the get-togethers that they offer. The food is great. They have a wide variety, and it tastes good. The apartments are a nice floor plan. It's a very clean facility. And she has really nice neighbors.

The overall cleanliness of the community is very good and the staff members are excellent. The meals and dining service is very good, and the activities are great out loved one is always involved with something. So far the value for the money is excellent.

I liked this community but the other community that we were looking at was better and we just had to go with it.

This is the fourth senior facility I have lived in as I followed my family whenever they moved and I have visited several others. The Isle has larger and more attractive apartments and nice outdoor space. The caregivers are exceptionally kind and caring. The current pandemic has made for staff shortages, but we are still well cared for.

Everyone was very supportive and the staff were very sweet at this community. Overall it was a nice experience for her. My mother passed away but the community was very nice and helped with everything.

They've been great for my parents. They have been very accommodating. Everybody is friendly. The food is a big deal at a place like this. I've tried it several times, and I think it's pretty good. There's plenty of it, and the quality is good. It's not your typical cafeteria food, but a step above. The facility is clean and well laid out. And they seem to have good, solid activities.

This community has been phenomenal for my loved one. They truly care about the residents here and treat them like family. They provide a lot of feedback and if there are any issues at all they always call and do not seem to mind when I call to check up. They always report any information to me.

They do a good job taking care of problems if they arise. It's the best place I could have found, and everybody who lives there that I've talked to thinks that as well. I can thank A Place for Mom for that because they found it for me. They have plenty of activities. I like that it's an apartment community where you come down for your meals twice a day. And you can interact as much or as little as you want. And the community is only about 2 years old, so everything is new and fresh. All the other places I looked at in the area were much older. They're also adding on to the community. Right now they're solely an Independent Living community, but they're building an Assisted Living community right behind it.

My mother was in the extended care, so her situation was a little bit different. The staff were all wonderful and very attentive. We were very happy to have found this facility and would recommend to others looking and already have.

I love living here. I am safe and secure. I found friends that are now my family. We have fun and all social activities. Our Director and her staff are fabulous. I am so happy I found Watermere I regret I didn't find it sooner.
