This was a great place. The apartments were nice. The staff were great and friendly. Some of the activities available included: social events, music, and more for the residents to choose from. My loved one enjoyed the meals and socialization in the dining room. They even have a beauty shop on site. The community would assist with physical therapy on-site. The staff was good at communicating concerns of my loved one.

This is the facility I wanted my mom at, it is phenomenal. We have had a couple of other family members here and they had great experiences. The care is great the food is great. We chose Artis of Bartlett because dad was needing more care at this point and I felt they were going to provide the best care for him. It is a smaller facility, only about 30 residents so he gets more individual attention. He is very happy here and we have been so happy with our experience. All of the staff members are extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend them to other families who are looking.

They got sick and ended up in the hospital, and soon after had to move to another community because they need more care. I would tell others that it is not a nursing home. It is assisted living with memory care. With that in mind, I was very impressed with the staff members here. They were very compassionate and understanding, and the value for the money was great. The food here was fantastic, and I would highly recommend to others looking.
