The facility was clean and inviting. I did see the staff cleaning frequently interactions with the staff were very good. They were very friendly and very concerned of the well-being of the residence. We had a very good experience with my mom's stay there.

The staff is very nice and easy to work with. The apartments are very nice , food is very good, medical service is pretty good.

We're thankful for the helpful positive attitude and assistance the staff has given us in our big move this week. This has been a difficult move in many ways but they've helped to make it easier. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of activities. Good food.

My mom has been very happy and we are pleased with everything, the staff , cleanliness, and they have lots of activities daily and special events monthly to keep residents busy!

What we like the most about the community is the proximity to shopping and other areas of Tulsa I would want to go to. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

Legend of Lititz is a wonderful environment, staffed with caring professionals, active residents, and a beautiful home setting. My mother has adapted to her new lifestyle and we can breathe easier knowing she is well- cared for and treated with respect.

The cleanliness is a 5 but could use some upgrading. By upgrades...I refer to the floors in the rooms and bathroom sink vanities. It is calm, the staff is very efficient and they obviously care about their residents. I am very pleased and happy to have moved my friend out of [community name removed].

Honestly, the administrative staff was great. Some of the "techs/medicine givers" were not always so nice....

All are 5...Were pleased. The size. Large enough to offer opportunities but small enough to not be overwhelming. The "loop" all on one floor. Can't get disoriented!

We had issues when my mom was admitted with her not receiving her meds for over 36 hours. Some of them critical (Coumadin). The patient care assistants took very good care of my mom and took extra time talking with her, same as the med nurse/techs. My mom passed [date removed]. They were very accommodating with us cleaning out Mom's apartment after her death also.

Dad needed assistance living after a full. We started at The Windsor in Cape Coral. He had a wonderful experience there first and then we moved him up here to Sarasota to be close to us. The facility is clean and beautiful, his room is spacious. The staff have all been wonderful and friendly. Though there was a bit of an adjustment period, he is very happy here. They keep him busy with activities, he's met new friends and had exercise regularly id say that his life has greatly improved since becoming a part of the Windsor family.

It's a wonderful fit for mom! She's loving it there. I have recommended your services to others.

My mom is essentially happy at Arbor House. She enjoys the activities and games. The food is acceptable. Sometimes she is happier with the food. They are under staffed a good part of the time but her best friend that she has known for about 85 years moved in there and that has been great for her. Her medication is sometimes late but she knows they are busy.

Definitely recommend! The cottages are beautiful and staff are very attentive and supportive. Located close to small beautiful lake with a walking path. Grocery store and drug store easy to walk to. Very safe, quiet and friendly place. Fantastic place to be!

The food is real good. There is a lot of variety in the activities. I recommend this place to those who have a very high standard.

Hemsley House was great, 5 stars. Sadly Mom passed away [date removed]. She had exceptional care while she was there. I highly recommend Hemsley House. Mom had someone sitting with her when she passed and I was called immediately at that time. They had put her under hospice care after consulting me. They were extremely good at keeping me informed of mom's condition! They came and moved her to a wheelchair to bring her to meals and arranged for her to sit with political like minded people! They go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable!
