I would recommend. Very warm atmosphere. Staff very professional yet very warm. [Removed] can work great.

I have no complaints so far, everything is going quite well! The staff are very friendly and the facility looks clean and inviting. My loved one also gets plenty of opportunities to participate in activities with other residents!

I like it very much. I enjoy everything they offer for me. Everything from the meals to the staff are very good.

Completed a recent breakfast tour with my parents and I could sense that they liked the place. Hard to find anything bad to say about this premier facility. The unfortunate part is that I don't believe this buy-in facility is in the best interest of their budget.

Loved everything about the place. Very open, spacious and warm. I intend on doing everything I can to help my parents realize how well this facility will fulfill their current needs.

We toured this community and the staff was nice and able to help us with the questions that we had. We did like the building. The menu is appealing and the list of activities are available for the residents. We would suggest a tour of this community for other families.

ASSISI H.C.C at Clare Oaks in superior as a rehabilitation center. It is immaculate, has an outstanding staff in all area. It surpasses other rehabilitation centers, I feel I progressed here the most because of the staff that is devoted to helping you get well. This philosophy and professionalism is visible everywhere. All patients and met spoke highly of their progress in healing. Food is outstanding.

LIKES, convenient location,transportation within 10 mi. liked dining set-up (need to sched lunch)friendly. Continum of care. NEGATIVE-no direct access from apart. to outside. Parking $55/month addl, small dogs only.

So far things are going fine with this community. I have already joined the singing group and will be helping out in the library. I have great residents in my hallway. They offer a lot of social activities and trips out. The community is very clean and the food is not bad. I had a feeling this was the place for me when I toured it. I would recommend this community.

The Delaney at Georgetown Village We toured this community. The staff was nice and caring. We like the community for being clean with a nice environment. The menu looked appealing. We would recommend that other families tour this community for good care

I'm going to move my loved ones into this facility soon, and from what I've seen so far, it is just great! We are choosing this facility in particular because it allows my loved ones to move in together, even though one of them has Alzheimer's. It just makes the whole ordeal much easier for the whole family!

This was a nice tour for the care needed for my mom's care.The community was clean and the staff was friendly and able to answer the questions on the care that is available. The menu appeared to have a nice variety of healthy meals. We the list of activities. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

Outstanding dining. Maintenance very good. Well organized with customer oriented service. Can't judge value, but costs not the highest or lowest of places visited.Right

This community is very close to me and that is the main reason I picked them for my parents. We thought we could do more for them if they are close. They introduced me to the amenities provided and I got to see the 2 bedroom apartment. IT fit all my needs for my parents. The representative was professional and on time.

Cypress Village is terrific and a good fit for me. There are more activities than I could ever take part in and I enjoy the ones I do. There are Sock Hops with a DJ playing 50's music. I have signed up to take a couple of field trips as well. Our main dining area has a community table for the new residents and the long time residents join us so that we socialize with everyone. There is also a bistro and a Fancy dining room that you can pick from. They all 3 have Fabulous food. We also have a resident doctor here 1 day a week and a 24hr wellness clinic. I am so glad that my advisor finally convinced me to come and check Cypress Village what a wonderful service you offer.

This community is so much different and better, my dad is doing really well in the Memory Care. There are three pods for Memory Care, about 16 in each one. The staff get to know them one pod at a time. My dad says he likes it and the staff are pretty good with caring for my dad. I like the nurse in charge, keeping her will benefit the facility. When I toured I really liked the atmosphere and the way they ran the community. It felt more like home with a nicer setting. He has more space to walk around and go outside and sit, no supervision is needed while in the atrium.
