Delaney has been great and I'd recommend it to friends. We picked it because of the overall feel and value.

I liked living there. Everyone was friendly. I just couldn’t afford to stay there any longer. I enjoyed going to the dining room for my meals. And I also enjoyed the Sing-a-Longs that we had. Also liked the seminar on the Fruits of the Spirit and the craft fair in the Falk

My loved one is currently a resident at The Delaney of Bridgewater. The food quality is so-so. There is too much fried food, particularly for an elderly clientele. Also, we mistakenly assumed there would be a movie theatre. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. This place is not cheap.

What our family likes the most about The Delaney at Georgetown Village is the overall friendliness of the staff members as well as the residents living here. They are all very welcoming and we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Our experience with The Brielle was very good. I would recommend this facility to others.

Over all I would recommend it. Same challenges the other places I've experienced. Good front office Support staff as well as the Nursing Dept too. Head Nurse has an Assistant that I can communicate with to stay up to date on my parents.

Our frustrations ( my wife and I )center on our dining experience. The portion size is insufficient and inconsistent, the food is never hot, and the presentation is average. The wait time to be served is more often than not too long. The coffee served at dinner is consistently cold. The kitchen frequently runs out of dessert options. Vegetarian options are repetitious and uncreative. All of these deficiencies can easily be rectified. The welcome desk coverage is limited in the evening. The resident entry into the garage is difficult to access.

Overall, the staff is very good. The move in was easy and they went out of their way to make it happen. Housekeeping is good. The meals are nice and special celebration meals are nicely done. They no longer have in house hair/nails, which is disappointing. Transportation is also very limited and could be available more days and hours. Billing and working with long term care insurance has been painful. I would recommend this facility to others. For the money, it is very nice. They were very accommodating and have many excellent staff.

My husband and I have been living at Shipley Living for the last 2 years. I have to praise the staff to no end. They are all lovely, polite, friendly, smiling and very attentive, remembering everyone's name, and whatever you request they will do it pleasantly. There is not enough praise that the staff deserves.

Yes I would recommend to others. My only concern is, they increase cost and have added new costs. It is a safe and secure place with many activities to be involved with.

Great aides, very nice and clean accommodations, management needs to be more responsive and adaptive. They just lost their best community relations/budget person who was always willing to look for ways to help. The aides are very responsive to residents and the social directors are phenomenal. The residents seems to enjoy the care and attention they get. If there is a medical issue the nurses reach out and keep you aware. Overall, it's somewhere you can have confidence in and know your loved one is in good hands.

It has been about one year since my siblings and I relocated my mom to The Village at White River JCT. (Memory Care). Of course it was a difficult decision and process, but necessary. The difficulty factor was mitigated some when we met the staff. They were all very welcoming and friendly. From the director to the janitor, it was all smiles and positive. Part way through mom's first year, we wanted to have an update on her health and well being. It took longer to get that meeting than we wanted, but once we finally did, we learned more about the staff's commitment to supporting Ma. I am confident that Ma is safe and well cared for at The Village. I believe we choose the right place...Thank You

Would recommend to a family or friend.

My mom is comfortable and relatively happy. My mother's room and general areas are clean. The bathroom my shares with her suite mate can be cleaner. It smells like urine and poop when visit. I think it's due to the suite mate though. The staff is very friendly and seems to care about the residents. I believe my mom is receiving the care she needs. Would like to have contact with the medical care to see what they are doing for my and how my mom is doing. I like the memory care activities they have daily with the residents. They offer good activities that help stimulate patients mind and memory. I really like the activities and have participated in them when I visit my mom. The instructor is great. Her interaction with residents is good. For the money we pay I would expect the meals be more than a sandwich and chips sometime. I expect sit down meals with protein and vegetables. My mother doesn't complain about the meals too much, so I won't complain. Overall family seems pleased with Monticello West for their loved one. The staff is friendly, the activities involve all residents while stimulating their minds and memory. Overall, the family is pleased with facility and the value that it's costing them. One minor issue would be the food. Family would like to see sit meals where there is protein and vegetables, a balance meal.

What our family likes the most about the Clarendale Six Corners is their customer service, their response time, and the value for cost. It also is a new building so the cleanliness is very nice.

Overall, it has been a good experience. We picked this community because it was cleaner, more upscale, better care, better meals, and much better staff.

What our family likes the most about the Clarendale Six Corners community is the communication of the available health care resource's. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I moved my folks to Freedom Pointe after visiting a few places. They have physicians come to the residents, activities available, nice size apartments and memory care in the same building as Assisted living. The food is in need of more variety as they run out of things without a similar substitute. This facility is close to me so I am able to keep an eye on them. I am pleased my folks are being well taken care of.
