From the time I walked into Parkwood it felt like home, the staff was wonderful the people who live there seemed very happy, food smelled great. You can see they really care. It’s the perfect place in my opinion

Please know I looked at 9 places prior to deciding to live here. I feel very comfortable here & have accepted this as my home. Everyone is very caring as well as doing everything possible to help make this HOME. It is so nice here.

I visited Clarendale of Chandler in the fall of 2023. I loved their villas and their apartments. Everyone seemed so happy, and I enjoyed a delicious lunch there as well. All of the residents were saying how much they love their food. The location is so convenient too. Clarendale of Chandler is top notch!

From the time I walked in the door there is nothing bad I can say about Parkwood, it feels like a home. The staff and residents smile and make you feel like they are happy and enjoy being there. I definitely enjoyed my time I spent taking a look around.

The rehab team works wonders to ensure patients return home stronger and safer. The nurses are nice and the activities are a nice touch when somebody has to be in rehab over the holidays. The receptionist greets everybody with a smile every day.

Everything about Clarendale is so comfortable. The Christmas decor is simply magical and the food smells amazing when you first walk in the door. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and didn't hesitate to tell about how much they love living there and what a great place it was.

My mother has been at Parkwood for a week recovering from a fall/hip fracture. She was evaluated for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy within 24 hours of arriving at the facility. Mom's therapy has been intensive and she is making great gains. Therapists and caregivers have displayed patience with my mom and maintained an encouraging demeanor. Mom describes the food as "delicious," and the facility is clean, with pleasant common areas and an outdoor courtyard. Nurses and office staff have all been responsive to our questions. Mom hasn't yet felt up to participating in the activities, but we received a calendar and the offerings look varied and fun. I am glad that we selected Parkwood for my mother's rehabilitation after surgery.

You get what you give. If you're respectful, courteous, patient, and kind, the staff responds accordingly. For you and your loved one. I would recommend this facility to others.

I can confidently say that Parkwood Healthcare exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent care, enjoyable activities, and personalized therapy truly made my grandma's stay comfortable and enriching. I am incredibly thankful to the entire team at Parkwood Healthcare for their dedication and compassion.

On behalf of The Chordlighters Barbershop Chorus and Quartets, let me say how much fun we always have performing at Greenwood Village South (GVS). GVS is full of welcoming folks, both staff and residents, alike. We love bringing our particular style of music, comedy and magic to the folks at GVS. We're looking forward to 2024! [name removed] , [name removed], and Sue[name removed]are fantastic The only thing that caught me by surprise is when I asked about moving my dad into long term care, they didn't have any beds. But I probably should have known that was a possibility. Otherwise, I felt my dad received great care

I am currently a resident at Havenwood of Maple Grove and most everything has been very good for me here at this facility. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

I have been involved in senior living over 20 years and have never felt so warm and welcomed like at Clarendale. From the moment you step in there is an energy and feeling of warmth and welcoming. I love visiting this place!

I brought my parent's to tour this community. We were invited to stay for lunch, at first I was a little hesitant. We sat down, took a look at the menu and let me say "Wow!" I was shocked to see the variety and uniqueness of the menu items. I would say most restaurants don't even have this good of menus. We got the "Holiday Burger" with gouda cheese and a bacon apple jam. It was delicious! Mom got the "Not Your Regular BLT" with fried green tomatoes, bacon, mozzarella cheese, arugula and Clarendale sauce on lightly toasted hoagie roll. Wonderful presentation and taste was even better. I can't forget to mention, that the staff on the assisted living side was fantastic! The care givers were welcoming. The nurse on staff and medication technician were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic to be there!

The property is the perfect size for residents to quickly get to the places they need to get. They do seem to be understaffed.

5 for all regarding Clarendale of Chandler community. What we have appreciated the most so far with Clarendale has just been the ease of working and talking with everyone that is there. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

We are loving it. Better than we expected. Food is good. Lots of variety. Have been responsive to all our requests for fixing up the things we've asked for on our apt. Friendly residents and staff. Lots to do. Great little city of holland.

It was excellent ! The ratio of caregivers to patients is high. The people that work there have stayed a long time. Nurse on duty 24 hours a day. Memory care for several levels. Location is good ! Staff is Very Helpful!

I've had my share of memory care facility visits and Freedom Pointe is a breath of fresh air. Employees (staff) are fabulous and friendly. It's clean with no odors. Residents are kept, happy and stimulated every time I've visited. I would highly recommend Freedom Pointe Memory Care.
