I'd rate them an overall 5 for all things. Food I'm not sure about but all else they have been wonderful and go above and beyond! The staff are great! We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

A few things that stood out most is that it is extremely clean, they have good food and the excellent staff. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others who are currently searching.

Admission process is seamless, staff loves sharing their enthusiasm for their wonderful facility. We feel so relieved that our loved one is there and well cared for.

The people who work there are all amazing! My mom is a nurses, PT, OT and everyone else are just so loving and caring! They have a lot of activities for my mom to do every day. Our family has experienced that all of the nurses are there to help my mom and know her name on a one-on-one basis. They keep in contact with me constantly. I never feel like I'm bothering anyone when I reach out to them. Her physical therapist and occupational therapist have sent me messages of things I can do to help my mom and also things that could help with making it easier for her to live there. She loves their exercise classes! Chair Zumba is her favorite. And she loves the bingo. Also, if my mom is getting picked up by someone to go somewhere. All I need to do is text the nurses and they will have her ready.

The food was great, the house cleaning was acceptable, and the staff and residents were friendly and welcoming. My husband didn’t participate in many activities but there were a lot of options and opportunities available. Using the portal to communicate with nursing staff worked very well and they always responded quickly to any concerns I had. My husband needed minimal care and was content living there, but after he was hospitalized and needed more care, things became more difficult and they couldn't accommodate his needs.

With Parkinson's and several surgeries I've spent my time in several settings and chose Clarendale as home to recover and maintain my journey and progress. I've experienced both assisted and independent living love the atmosphere, the humor that gets me through the bad days and motivation to keep going.

My husband was only there for 11 days, but I would give a 5 to every one. I wish I would have taken him there sooner. Yes, we would recommend The Avalon of Commons Township to other families based on the experience we had

Very small health fair, lots of giveaways for residents. Very nice food with samples.

Great staff and maintenance experience is very hands on and knowledgeable. Our request to maintenance was expedited quickly and seamless.

Veteran friendly facility.

Mt father was a very poor state physically and mentally. Once we got him situated in his studio apt @ Clarendale of Mokena- Things changed for my dad greatly-for the better! He attends OT & PT therapy everyday. He has made friends, eats 3 fantastic meals a day, attends mas, enjoys in-house entertainment and has begun using the facility's bus to go to Dr appts. When I speak to my father now he is happy and improving by leaps and bounds.

I have been at Clarendale just about every day for the past month with my wife who is a resident . This is her first time at Clarendale and I have to admit I’ve been watching with a very critical eye . I have found the staff to be patient and caring. I have found the facility comfortable and clean. They have been effective with their care for my wife. They do a great job providing activities and keeping the residents active and involved. I have also found the food to be nutritious and good tasting and well prepared. My wife has been very selective and difficult with the food selection and the staff has tried very hard to offer her something she will eat. I would highly recommend Clarendale.

My mom will have lived at Heritage Pointe for 8 years now. She started in Assisted Living and has transitioned to Memory Care. The staff, many of whom have been there for many years, are all caring, professional and attentive. My mom loves Heritage Pointe, and we feel grateful that she’s so well taken care of. Heritage Pointe welcomes those of all faiths, but they do have a synagogue in the building and a wonderful Rabbi.

The Staff is very friendly and the facility stays very clean! I would very much recommend The Emerson to others who are looking!

Memory Care is OUTSTANDING! The entire facility staff is outstanding. I marvel at how they are able to recall all the residents' names throughout independent living, assisted living and the memory care units. They also know the names of family members who visit frequently. They show they care and genuinely act excited when they see my sister. They are extremely helpful in communicating with me about my sister and helping me understand what's happening as I try to navigate my sister's stages of dementia.

My family discovered Clarendale Six Corners while trying to find placement for our mother with advanced dementia (her primary caregiver was unexpectedly hospitalized) and we could not be happier with the facility and staff. The Clarendale staff is extremely caring and professional. They provide essential assistance to my sister and me as we navigated the Memory Care intake process, facilitating our mother becoming a resident in under a week. The very patient staff provide a wide variety of activities to keep the residents engaged. The facility is extremely clean, modern, and secure. Our mother is absolutely thriving there.

[name removed] gave us a great deal of her ____. She showed us all of the property features including the indoor garage. Facility is immaculate and beautiful. The homes have high ceilings and large rooms with beautiful and high quality kitchens and bathrooms. It is well designed building and residents we met were happy.
