Everyone who works there is fantastic. Very caring and helpful. Rooms are large. Food is really good.

The very only thing I have a problem with, is their rule of making you buy medicines from them? You cannot have any of your own medicines or get your prescriptions at any other Pharmacy. You have to go with conssanas and if you don't they charge you. I can't remember how much but it's a lot. Otherwise, I can't say enough good about the place the food is really good. Everyone that works there are exceptionally nice. They always respond right away when I call with a question.

This is a great place. We toured many places and have heard horror stories what others are dealing with. We feel very fortunate to be able to have my MIL here.

My mom was only there for 3 months, she passed away. Everyone was so good to us in just a short time. My mom was very reluctant to move, but fit in perfectly and made the transition so simple

The staff at Harrison Bay Senior Living seem to genuinely care about your loved ones. And want to do their best. The facility is close to Mound and has a beautiful nature view!

Round Lake Senior Living were very good. Nice facility, the care giver's did a good job as well.

The overall experience with Hamilton House is great, we are very happy. The cleanliness of the community is excellent and the staff is very friendly, caring and helpful. We have been pleased with the quality of care. We are unsure of the meals and dining services on a daily basis but it had been find when we happened to be there.

My sister's says the food is okay, but at present, there is not enough staff to serve. They are working on hiring more servers. The pricing was good until a recent monthly increase. I'm not very happy about it. My sister also says she loves the one level living. We would both recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

We of course, would like the cost a little less, but we understand that is the way things are these days. I would suggest them to check out Kettle Park. Our first year at Kettle Park we've been very pleased.

The staff at Cardinal View Senior Living are amazing! My loved one's room is cleaned once a week and the facility is also clean. Communication with the family is great. The move in process went very smooth. They have dollies. The meals are great. There are lots of activities and happy hour in the bar. I highly recommend it.

My loved one was previously a resident at Urbana Place Senior Living and the experience was very good overall. However, there was a lot of turnover with employees. That was frustrating, but they were working on that. I would recommend Urbana Place Senior Living to others, but families need to be involved and advocates for their loved ones.

My loved one is currently a resident at Kettle Park Senior Living and everything about the experience has been great. We are very pleased with the care and the staff at Kettle Park. I would recommend this facility to others.

My mom fractured her hip while living down in Az. With us being in Mn, we knew we had to move her back to Mn in order to help her more moving forward. She was planning on moving back, just not this soon. I looked at several places, and Boulder Ponds “checked all our boxes”. My mom moved in sight unseen. We were so nervous, because she loved her place in Az and all her friends. That move was 2 months ago. She has been so impressed with everything so far. She loves her apartment, she is meeting a lot of great friends, enjoying the activities and she really enjoys the staff!

My dad lives at the Round Lake Senior Living community and the staff members are very friendly. The value for cost is one of the more affordable options. Our loved ones enjoys the meals and I know that he is being well taken care of.

We couldn't be happier with our choice!! The entire staff at Elk Ridge are amazing! Mom has the opportunity to join in the various activities or if she just wants to snuggle up for a nap that's OK as well. She never feels pressured to join. They allow each person their independence no matter where they are at in the disease process, each person is treated with integrity, respect and patience. I am always kept informed of how mom is doing especially if something has changed or something has happened. I know I can stop in to see mom any time, any day and she is well taken care of, feels safe and happy.

I liked everything about the place except the costs! I no longer live there because I got no services and paid a lot for rent. Very clean, very friendly staff, and very friendly residents.

My mom has had overall good experiences with the facility/staff. They try to get her involved in activities. She doesn't like to shower but staff try to get her to participate.

It was recommended by a friend. I would recommend it to a friend, as well. We had an excellent experience. I picked this place because of the friendly and homey atmosphere. The administrator and activities directors ad wonderful.
