The community/staff have gone beyond expectations to make my mother feel welcome and comfortable in her transition from her own home to assisted living. Both my sister and I are at peace with our very difficult decision to have my mother have a new living environment. We are very pleased with the care provided to her.

Creekside is a beautiful small community. My mom moved there in November 2020. She loved the staff and residents. Creekside is well taken care of the property. If my mom needed her trash taken out, they gladly helped. She had a cleaning service weekly. We experienced many excellent staff that were so helpful in many different ways. My mom required modified specifications for the bathroom of her apartment that we made on request. If she needed help, she asked, and her needs were always met with kindness. Creekside has a lovely staff. My mom didn't require daily needs to help her, but if she ever needed something, they were there to help. My mom didn't eat at the property daily, but enjoyed to ability to order to her room or go to the dining room. My mom loved playing Bingo and attending the Bible study groups when she was able to attend. Assisted living is expense but we felt that we got a good value for all of the amenities available.

Sky Vista is a great place. It's too expensive for my loved one though unfortunately. The friendliness of the staff and residents is what really sticks out about the facility as well as the cleanliness. They also have doctors that will come to your loved one there on site which is very nice.

I would, and have, told people that McDowell Village was everything I was hoping for, and even some things I didn't think to hope for. I appreciate the welfare checks they make if my dad doesn't appear where expected, and the person who will come help him with his confounding electronic devices.

I'm a resident at Almond Heights Senior Living. I am just getting started here, but everyone has been friendly. The housekeeping is good. The food is excellent! I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We are so happy that my parents chose The Montera as their new home. I have peace of mind knowing that if they need help, it's there 24/4. My folks are 94 and 95 and are able to take advantage of all The Montera has to offer! There are lots of activities, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. We had toured several other communities and what really stood out to us about Chancellor Gardens community was their cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Another big plus they have with the meals and dining is their anytime menu - this is really helpful for when our loved one doesn't want to stick to their "time frame." Our loved one is visually impaired and for his first couple of weeks there was a staff members by his side that would walk around the community with him. He is not able to read the activity sheet so a staff members comes by every single day to read of what activities they have going on - which there is plenty throughout the week. The staff members are just fantastic. We also like the location a lot - it is very convenient for us.

It is a smaller property. The residents seem very kind and welcoming. The facility is in a great location. Dedicated staff. I would recommend Tuscany at McCormick ranch to others looking for independent living.

I think they're fantastic in all regards. There are so many activities-live music 2-3 times a week, exercise classes, bridge, blackjack, movies, and lectures. The food is great and the staff accommodates them in anyway they want for food alternatives. The staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend the facility.

I toured McDowell Village and it was great! They did a great job giving us our tour. They showed the property well. Cleanliness and friendliness were good during our tour, also.

My loved one is very happy with the accommodations. I haven't heard a single complaint. My biggest concern was affordability and The Firs seems to provide a good bang for the buck. I would certainly recommend this facility to others looking.

They just need a big fish tank and possibly a bird cage. We love it and mom loves it at Sky Vista. What stood out to us here was the enclosed, secure, outside walking space for Dementia related reasons. The food also stood out, as they can choose from a set menu that was quite impressive if they don't like the daily menu. Most foods are real foods, freshly made. These things were the most important for us. Plus it has an awesome sunset viewing area! We also liked that residents can have pets. I would definitely recommend them, and so do a lot of their residents. When we toured, the residents raved.

I have been well-received; introduced to others; invited to activities. Residents and Admin are very friendly and effective. Received lots of help from maintenance (hung TV and curtains) upon move in. Staff is always willing to help.

From the beginning, when we were in a bind and needed a place for my mom in a memory care, the staff went above and beyond to help. There have been many instances that we have had questions and needed assistance with the care for my mom. The staff has been exceptional in helping! My mom is being taken good care of and we feel good about her care. Also the facility is very nice.

This is not a Facility it is a family centered around Love, respect, and dignity. The staff cant be beat! So much Love and respect. I love how the staff respects me, keeps my dignity intact, and always encourages me.

Palisades at Broadmoor Park has been the best decision for my mom's wellbeing. Everyone at Palisades treats you like family. We were concerned that Mom would resist staying at Palisades, but she has never once asked to leave. And she refers to Palisades as her home. Mom consistently tells us how nice everyone is to her. Our whole family breathes easier now that we know Mom's every need is taken care of.

The entire staff is friendly and made my mother feel welcome from the moment she arrived at The Charleston. My mom is not the easiest to impress, and she was made to feel welcome and comfortable. I felt that any request was responded to immediately and professionally. The Charleston even has a hairdresser on-site once a week, that is a blessing.

Our family had an in person tour and based on everything we saw and the staff members we had met with we thought it was an excellent experience for us.

Toured this beautiful community a few weeks ago with Adam. What we liked most was that it was all one floor. The apartments are very nice and food tasted amazing. The grounds are very well maintained as well. Adam was very knowledgeable.
